Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter who can independently manage hiring requirements, lead a small team of recruiters, and act as a key point of contact for clients. This role demands ownership, execution excellence, and daily coordination with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles

✅ Handle client requirements, role discussions, and regular hiring updates

✅ Lead, guide, and review the work of junior recruiters

✅ Allocate roles, track progress, and ensure timely closures

✅ Conduct daily team discussions and status reviews

✅ Source, screen, and shortlist candidates aligned to role and culture fit

✅ Maintain hiring trackers, feedback loops, and documentation

✅ Build strong relationships with clients and candidates

● Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

● Conduct initial candidate assessments, coordinate interview schedules, and facilitate communication with candidates.

● Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings as needed.

● Support the recruitment team in managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely follow-ups.

● Engage in outreach to passive candidates, understand their career interests, and inform them about

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

●1 to 3 years of experience in IT and Non-it Hiring

● Strong interest in recruitment, HR, and talent acquisition.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Proficiency of job portals and social media recruitment is a plus.
