We are looking for a WordPress PHP (Frontend) Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong frontend development skills with hands-on experience in WordPress theme customization and PHP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize WordPress themes and frontend components
• Implement responsive UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery
• Work with PHP to integrate frontend functionality with WordPress
• Customize and manage WordPress plugins as per project requirements
• Ensure website performance, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility
• Collaborate with designers and backend developers for smooth implementation
• Fix frontend bugs and optimize UI/UX
• Follow best coding practices and maintain clean, reusable code

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with WordPress CMS
• Good knowledge of PHP
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
• Experience with responsive design and browser compatibility
• Basic understanding of MySQL
• Familiarity with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, etc.) is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Git/version control is an advantage

This role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to deal closure and You will work on identifying business needs, conducting sales calls, performing client research, and driving sales growth. A passion for sustainability and knowledge of sustainable practices in the fashion/textile industry is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

B2B Sales & Lead Generation:

• Identify and prospect potential business clients in the fashion/textile industry through lead generation techniques such as cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Conduct client research to understand business needs, challenges, and offer tailored solutions.
• Use CRM tools to track, manage, and update sales leads and opportunities.

Sales:

• Conduct sales calls with prospective clients to identify their pain points, needs, and determine the best solutions.
• Define and identify the ideal customer profile (ICP) to ensure targeted outreach and maximize sales opportunities.
• Provide platform demos to showcase our solutions, particularly focusing on sustainability features.

Negotiation & Deal Closure:

• Lead negotiations with clients, managing pricing, contract terms, and implementation timelines.
• Finalize contracts with internal teams, ensuring smooth deal closures and meeting sales targets consistently.

Sustainability Knowledge:

• Leverage knowledge of sustainability practices to educate clients and align solutions with their environmental goals.
• Promote the sustainability features of our products, helping clients reduce their environmental footprint.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-4 years of experience in B2B sales within the fashion/textile industry or SaaS sales.
• Sales Skills: Proven experience in end-to-end sales, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
• CRM Tools: Proficiency in CRM platforms to manage leads, contacts, and sales pipelines.
• Sustainability Knowledge: Understanding of sustainability principles, especially as they relate to the fashion/textile sector.
• Client Management: Demonstrated success in client onboarding, relationship management, and customer servicing.
• Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

9 to 12 years' experience in software engineering

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline

• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience in web technologies including one or more of the following: React, Angular, Node, D3 (Java API's Javascript etc.), AJAX, CSS
• Worked with authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, SSL etc.
• Hands on experience with one or more web and application server technologies such as Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Jersey server, OSGi and other relevant frameworks

Skills, Responsibilities & Requirements:

- Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision- makers. 

- Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like Outreach, LinkedIn InMail, Lusha etc.) 

- Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence. 

- Learn, leverage, and help evolve our demand generation process.
