Job Summary :

We’re looking for an experienced Senior DBA to manage and optimize databases like MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Redis. You’ll ensure performance, security, and availability of databases across our systems and work closely with engineering teams for support and improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and maintain MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Redis databases.
• Handle backups, restores, upgrades, and replication.
• Optimize query performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure database security and access control.
• Work on disaster recovery and high availability.
• Support development teams with schema design and tuning.
• Automate tasks using scripting (Python, Bash, etc.).
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud (AWS) teams.

Must-Have Skills :

• 6+ Years as a DBA in production environments.
• Strong hands-on with MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Oracle, Redis.
• Performance tuning and query optimization.
• Backup/recovery and disaster recovery planning.
• Experience with AWS (RDS/EC2).
• Scripting knowledge (Python/Bash).
• Good understanding of database security.

Good to Have :

• Experience with MSSQL.
• Knowledge of tools like pgAdmin, Compass, Workbench.

Senior Quality Engineer – AI Products

Requirements

● 3-7 years of experience in software quality engineering, preferably in SaaS environments with a platform or infrastructure focus.

● Strong demonstrated experience testing distributed systems, APIs, data pipelines, or cloud-based infrastructure.

● Experience designing and executing test plans for AI/ML systems, data pipelines, or shared platform services.

● Familiarity with AI/LLM infrastructure concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, model routing, and observability.

● Strong demonstrated proficiency in Linux distributions and CLI-based testing, including log file analysis and other troubleshooting tasks.

● Experience with AWS or other major cloud platforms.

● Basic Python/Shell scripting knowledge with ability to edit existing scripts and create new automation for pipeline validation.

● Advanced skills with API and SQL testing methodologies.

● Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail; experience with Qase is a plus.

● Demonstrated experience leveraging Version Control Systems with a focus on GitHub.

Maintain digital and physical financial records. 7. To maintain and reconcile GST data. 8. Preparation of GSTR 1, 3B, Annual Returns 9. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed through Tally. 10. Checking expenses & paying on time 11. Coordinate with Branch offices to maintain tally entry 12. Entry of purchases, sales PAN India level and incorporate Tally data along with Branch offices. Position Insurance Follow Up - 2 (ISP-2)

Shift US Shift (05:30 PM to 03:00 AM)

Job function· Checking denials from EOBs, ERAs by calling the Insurance Companies. · Calling the insurance companies for the specification of denials. · Reprocessing the claim over the phone or reopening the claims on the online portals · Filing an appeal to the insurance companies with the required information · Checking status of the appeal filed and reprocessed claims through IVR, Calls and online payer’s portal · Refilling corrected claims with coding/demographic/authorization/referral corrections. · Disputing with the insurance companies on incorrect denials. · Working on FTH (Fix The Hole) to prevent future denials · Tasking to the clients and other teams for required information · Preparing Trending Analysis on the denials and escalating to Supervisors · Finding updates from payers via call or online for billing related information and sharing with the concern team/department to prevent denials. · Responsible for updating any internal databases, electronically storing and organizing patients' records, billing details, and registration forms.
