Senior Fullstack Developer

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate Fullstack Product Engineer with a strong JavaScript foundation to work on a high-impact, scalable product. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to build intuitive UIs and performant backends using modern technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable features across the frontend and backend.
• Work with tech stacks like Node.js, React.js, Vue.js, and others.
• Contribute to system design, architecture, and code quality enforcement.
• Follow modern engineering practices including TDD, CI/CD, and live coding evaluations.
• Collaborate in code reviews, performance optimizations, and product iterations.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of hands-on fullstack development experience.
• Strong command over JavaScript, Node.js, and React.js.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Good grasp of OOP principles, TDD, and writing clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and frontend performance optimization.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Docker, AWS, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
• Experience in other backend languages or frameworks.
• Experience with microservices and scalable system architectures.

Design and develop frontend applications using Angular (v10+).

Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

Develop and manage MySQL databases including schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.

Integrate front-end UI with backend services.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software.

Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.

Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies and contribute to sprint planning and daily stand-ups.

• Lead, Design, develop, and maintain full-stack, web-based applications, and toolchains.
• Design and develop internal and external business systems/applications, systems interfaces, databases,
• reporting, or business functionality
• Work with development and BA teams and project manager to ideate software solutions
• Participate in client communication & effort estimations for new projects/feature development.
• Translate business and functional requirements into documented technical specifications
• Utilize development skills to build (code) new systems functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and automated unit tests
• Perform Code Reviews for all code written by the other developers, review code for team and industry standards compliance, and provide feedback to developers.
• Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
• Facilitate/lead reviews of technical specifications and program code with other members of the technical team, and communicate design, requirements, feature set, functionality and limitations of systems/applications to the team
• Guide and mentor junior full-stack developers. 

3+ years

• Taking an active role in architecting the solutions we build
• Designing and implementing web applications using JavaScript and its frameworks (i.a. React, Vue, Angular), HTML5 and CSS3
• Working closely with the dispersed development team, client, and project manager in SCRUM methodology
• Ensuring that programming practices and code quality are respected
• Supporting other engineers with your expertise when needed (knowledge sharing)

• 2+ years Experience with React. Good to have working knowledge of React Native, Angular, VueJS
• Strong expertise with HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
• Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation Techniques
• Experience with RESTful services
• Experience in JavaScript build tools like grunt or gulp
• Hands on and implements complex React modules
• Able to implement automated testing platforms and unit tests

Role Description

The role is of a Full-stack Engineer who is motivated to actively contribute to the design and development of new product features and enhancements. The role is expected to contribute and support in delivering technical solutions for various problem.

Responsibilities

Hands-on experience to implement solutions using JavaScript(React JS & Node JS)

Develop web/mobile applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Type

Script, React,

In-depth knowledge in JavaScript including ES6+ and Typescript

Experience developing REST and GraphQL APIs with NodeJS and integrations with third-party solutions

Experience in React Native, Android or iOS Native is added advantage.

Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies

Experience with TDD and writing robust Unit Test cases.

Exposure to CICD tools, including Git, Maven, Jenkins, Azure

DevOps, App Store deployments

Hands-on development to prototype technical solutions.

Knowledge of any cloud platform solutions (Azure, GCP)

Aware of Agile (Scrum) methodologies

Willing to adapt and learn new/emerging technologies.

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

BCA/ MCA / B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science

2 - 6 years of experience in development within product-based companies or R&D divisions.

Knowledge in Java, Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, Data structures and algorithms

What we are looking for:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who has a strong understanding of designing and developing Shopify API. Candidate should also have worked on any of the following Frontend frameworks like ReactJS , NextJs and VueJs.

The candidate should be proactive enough to anticipate problems and keeping the team and management informed in a timely manner. You have to work with the Product Owner/ Cross-functional teams in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions.
