Role Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can translate brand philosophy into visually compelling, premium-quality communication across platforms. This role blends strong graphic design, visual storytelling, and content thinking, ensuring that every brand touchpoint feels cohesive, refined, and intentional.
You will be responsible for shaping how the brand looks and feels — from digital platforms and campaigns to events, launches, and internal communications.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Brand Identity
Design high-quality digital artwork for websites, social media, campaigns, ads, presentations, and marketing content.
Maintain and refine brand fonts, typography, colour palettes, and overall visual language.
Create layouts for carousels, posts, banners, lookbooks, flyers, case studies, and other digital collaterals.
Own website visual requirements and ensure a premium, cohesive digital experience.
Design brand collateral and signage for events, launches, PR activities, and in-house celebrations.
Develop marketing materials such as brochures, standees, invites, packaging, and other brand touchpoints.
Social Media Design & Content Writing
Conceptualise and design creatives aligned with ongoing content and GTM strategies.
Write and refine captions, hook lines, short-form copy, and micro-stories aligned with brand tone.
Support visual and textual storytelling for platforms including:
Instagram (posts & reels)
Threads / community platforms
X (Twitter)
Google Business profiles
Blogs and long-form design content
Founder-led content and campaigns
Collaborate with content team members to ensure alignment between design and copy.
Creative Strategy & GTM Alignment
Translate GTM priorities into strong visual frameworks that enhance brand recall.
Build visual identities for key content streams such as project showcases, design education, behind-the-scenes content, founder storytelling, and launches.
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to develop cohesive creative campaigns.
Events, PR & Launch Collateral
Design creative assets for events, launches, and PR, including:
Backdrops, banners, standees, invites, and PR kits
Brand identity assets for product or space launches
Media and press visuals
Internal event and culture-led creatives
Ensure all collateral aligns with the overall brand aesthetic.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with design, execution, and project teams to translate real project insights into creative storytelling.
Collaborate with videographers and editors to maintain consistency in colour, pacing, and visual tone.
Review raw footage, stills, and edited content to ensure brand alignment.
Quality Control & Asset Management
Maintain an organised library of brand assets, templates, fonts, and design guidelines.
Ensure all creative output meets high standards of visual consistency and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong graphic design skills with a refined visual sensibility.

- Experience designing for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate, brainstorm, and execute on a wide range of projects including website assets, advertising assets, presentations, and more for Zemoso and Zemoso’s clients
● Bring concepts, content to life with out-of-the-box thinking and a perspective on the latest trends
● Present design-led ideas for visual storytelling for all digital channels
● Create and maintain the Zemoso design brand guide
● Translate asks from design leadership and marketing stakeholders into a creative brief by course-correcting early
● Work collaboratively, cohesively with multiple stakeholders, on multiple projects simultaneously
● Complete basic animation work
● Create and maintain the marketing design database
Must-haves:
● Experience working with Adobe Suite and Figma [Essential]
● Expert at rough paper sketching to translate concepts into rough outlines
● An ability to pick up new illustration techniques and trends quickly
● 1+ years experience (professional) working at an agency on B2B clients
● A shareable, strong portfolio of work as a marketing/sales graphic designer
● Excellent communication skills
● Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
● Work in the U.K. time-shift to ensure sufficient overlap with U.S. and U.K. leadership teams
