🎯 Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager – HR Operations to own HR Ops end-to-end (excluding Talent Acquisition). This role enables leadership to focus on growth by running HR systems, processes, and compliance smoothly at scale.

🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR Operations
• Manage employee lifecycle: onboarding → payroll → exits
• Handle payroll, compliance, and vendor coordination
• Own HR tech stack (Zoho People, Payroll, Sign, workflows)
• Manage HR data, audits, and reporting
• Lead a small HR Ops team and act as the ops SPOC

• 6–10 years in HR Operations (startup / SaaS preferred)
• Hands-on with payroll, compliance, audits
• Strong experience running HR ops independently
• Tech-savvy; Zoho experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

1. Creating content for ongoing campaigns such as writing copy for email marketing campaigns & WebStories, writing answers on Quora, copywriting for creatives etc.
2. Coordinate with the internal and external team for content creation and ensuring that the writing is consistent and in line with the overall campaign and brand requirements
3. QA for all the content deliverables shared by the freelancers/content agencies 
4. Perform keyword research based on the campaign requirements to make sure the writing is search engine friendly
5. Perform content strategy to come up with new ideas for content creation for the website 
6. Plan weekly deliverables along with the Organic Growth team and manage the requirements, blockers (if any) to ensure smooth flow and timely completion of work
7. Analyse competitor’s presence on different platforms and come up with suggestions to help the Growth team scale with the help of personalized content

Desired Skills and Experience:

1. 4-5 years of experience in copywriting (Finance Industry)
2. Creative thinking and an ability to come up with ideas that address the campaign needs
3. Very strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Problem-solving mindset & self-starter attitude

Qualifications:

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate

• Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for the growth of Factory Acquisition product, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch
• Identify, Plan and execute side Product Hacks to speedup Factory Acquisitions
• Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation
• Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI and build vs. buy perspective
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Build product flows for seamless factory onboarding at scale
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization
• Drive the Factory CAC Metric
• Implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments
• Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

· Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined

· Maximize revenue by upselling other services and achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention and revenue targets

· Prompt resolution of complaints

Daily 10-15 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients

• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat

You will be building efficient, scalable & high performance microservices and applications which will power the network of thousands of retailers across the country and at the same time improve the efficiency and visibility of information flow in our supply chain systems.

Your core responsibilities:

• Create elegant, efficient and maintainable software to support and extend our current products.
• Solve complex architectural challenges when implementing new features.
• Integrate with databases, file systems, cloud services when delivering scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and fix reported customer issues, delivering software patches as needed.
• Assisting in making design decisions based on performance, scalability, security, and future expansion.
• Communicating and collaborating with management, product, QA teams.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• Degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Proficiency in web development using any of the languages: PHP, Python, Java, NodeJS or Golang.
• Should possess a solid grasp of object-oriented programming, system architecture & design, databases, development, and testing methodologies.
• Good in Design (HLD and LLD).
• Good in Database schema design.
• Good to have experience with AWS or Google Cloud or Azure and serverless architecture.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Track record of delivering successful products as an engineer.
• Experience with large applications of some scale will be a plus.
• Ability to deep dive, understand & improve the legacy code.
• Domain knowledge of supply chain & retail industry is a plus.
