- Lead Graphic Design Projects & Team: Oversee and guide the designers across multiple projects, ensuring that designs are visually compelling, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
- Work closely with fellow designers, internal teams, to define design requirements, align on visual goals, and ensure designs meet project brief.
- Develop high-quality visual assets for both digital and print, including logo & branding, website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, brochures, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Design Iteration & Feedback: Provide feedback, iterate on designs, and refine visuals based on inputs and user feedback to ensure the final product aligns with business goals and user needs.
