Key Responsibilities

As an Online Business Manager, you will:

• Conduct online research and prepare reports/documentation to support clients in making informed business decisions.
• Manage databases, including data collection, cleansing, validation, formatting, and representation.
• Generate and manage leads through online platforms and web scraping, and maintain them on CRM systems.
• Coordinate with executives, departments, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of projects and events, meeting all deadlines.
• Provide administrative and operational support to key executives as required.

Qualifications & Prerequisites

• Minimum 2 years of full-time professional work experience with a consistent and stable career track record.
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken English.
• Applicants must be willing to sign a 12-month bond.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning abilities.
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and professional communication.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and accountability.

Technical Requirements

• High-speed internet connection: Minimum 100 Mbps Wi-Fi.
• Laptop with at least 8 GB RAM and a Core i3/i5 (9th Gen or above) processor.
• Good quality camera and headset for video calls.
• Quiet and well-lit workspace suitable for professional remote work.

Job Details and Requirements

• Remote position (EST/PST time zones); 5 days/week (Mon-Fri)
• Training: 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM EST, 4-6 weeks + 2 months probation
• Candidates need their own work-from-home setup (laptop, Wi-Fi, headset, webcam, power backup)
• Holidays: Indian holidays observed; 15 paid leaves + 8-10 public holidays + 3 on-demand regional holidays

Our IT Project Managers are responsible for assisting various tasks throughout the project lifecycle. Being a central liaison between all project stakeholders consisting Executive Board, Developers, and QA, they makes sure that we do not miss any deliverables from the schedule.

Your key responsibilities will be converting PSD/Figma into HTML/CSS. You will also be responsible for writing clean, semantic front end code - HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, Java Script.

Job Description :

You're going to be at the core of our development team. You'll mainly be coding in Node.js. You'll be doing a little bit of everything from writing backend code that communicates with other internal services, to working with APIs, to writing code that controls EC2 instances and so on.

Requirements :

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and functional programming  and design concepts like - dependency injection, abstract classes, interfaces, data, providers, factories, middlewares, interceptors, orm
• Strong understanding of database architecture and design principles MySQL, mongo-DB. Understanding of MongoDB’s aggregation framework is a bonus.
• Excellent knowledge of Node.js frameworks (NestJs preferred) and experience in integrating libraries, authentication, queues, jobs, logger services. Past experience in working on multi-tenant SAAS product is a bonus.
• Experience with AWS, Architecture Design, and Web development.
