What will be the key responsibilities?
1. Drive user engagement initiatives in online or offline mode.
2. Create a deep connection with our superusers. Drive milestone celebration, exclusive benefit & beta programs for loyal users.
3. Develop content & activation ideas in collaboration with our users.
4. Own & improve ORM. Create fast & effective support on social channels. Drive more engaging conversations with our followers.
5. Ideate and execute delightful interactions at various touchpoints. Eg. customer emails, messages, social media posts, app messaging etc.
Who is this role suitable for?
1. Interest & prior experience for social media & community-led engagement
2. Great communication - clear, articulate and expressive.
3. Creative mindset - should have the ability to capture the pulse of the audience. Identify & build on the moments that matter.
4. High ownership & hands-on execution. Should be willing to get hands dirty and build things from scratch.
5. High level of curiosity & learning attitude. 6. Focus on details & creating stellar output. 7. Prior Exp: 2-3 years in brand /social marketing. If coming from an agency background, looking for a long term association on a project/brand.
