About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and technology-focused Junior Presales Executive to support our business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern IT technologies and possess excellent communication and presentation skills to engage with customers, understand business requirements, and demonstrate technology solutions.

This role involves interacting with clients, conducting solution presentations, participating in customer visits, and supporting the sales team in preparing technical proposals and demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in customer meetings and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Conduct technology demonstrations, solution showcases, and presentations for prospective clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and statements of work.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand solution offerings and customer requirements.
• Support sales teams during client engagements and business discussions.
• Research customer environments and identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements.
• Prepare technical presentations, product comparisons, and value proposition documents.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
• Build relationships with customers and act as a trusted technology advisor during presales engagements.
• Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer requirements.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Presales, IT Sales Support, Technical Consulting, or Solution Demonstration roles.
• Freshers with excellent technology knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.

Profile Description:

The job holder will manage the day-to-day planning and operations of your team. This includes making sure that each of your Teammates delivers on their Service Level Agreement (SLA) and achieves their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As a Team Leader, you are in charge of managing the team and making sure everyone adheres to their schedules. You must be organized and be able to handle responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive team to achieve process SLAs / metrics – productivity and quality targets within the established timelines.
2. Ensure individual SLAs are met on processing transactions (if applicable).
3. Ensure process guidelines are followed and met as documented.
4. Review process audit findings and take corrective action to prevent negative results.
5. Conduct Quality checks & periodical review of process adherence.
6. Maintain operations rigor around daily huddles, knowledge management Cross training etc.
7. Provide updates and submit reports related to own area of work.

Team Managements:
