Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Owner to lead product strategy, design effective solutions, and serve as the bridge between business and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, hands-on experience in product management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct extensive market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, define goals, and propose effective solutions.
• Work closely with technical teams to design scalable and feasible technical approaches aligned with product vision.
• Define and prioritize product backlogs, ensuring clear documentation of user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Plan and define quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Drive end-to-end solution design, ensuring a balance between user experience, functionality, and performance.
• Facilitate regular coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
• Monitor product performance and continuously refine based on feedback and analytics.

 Preferred Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in the software industry. 
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Analytics is required. (MBA or MIS preferred)
• Experience in e-commerce or last-mile delivery, or quick commerce products is a strong plus. 
• In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management. 
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical deliverables. 
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills. 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Database Architect & Engineer

Job description

Seeking a seasoned Database Architect with expertise in Oracle and/or PostgreSQL, system wide migrations, and complex query creation and optimization. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in database management and be able to work independently. Key responsibilities include defining a schema for a new product, managing and maintaining databases, planning and executing system wide migrations, creating and optimizing complex queries, ensuring the security and integrity of the database, and providing training and support to team members. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of database architecture, design, and security.

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle and PostgreSQL databases

- Expert in ETL tools, data integration, and migration processes

- Create and optimize complex SQL queries for performance and efficiency

- Develop and refine database functions, procedures, and packages

- Analyze and troubleshoot database performance issues, implementing tuning solutions

- Ensure database architecture aligns with application needs and best practices

- Collaborate with development teams on data models and database design

- Provide documentation, training and support to other team members

- Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met as part of projects

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL

- Experience in designing database schemas from scratch

- Experience with documentation such as ERDs and DB Relations

- Experience with system wide migrations

- Strong understanding of database architecture and design

- Experience with complex query creation and optimization

- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting

- Strong understanding of database security

- Experience with database backup and recovery

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus

- Experience in development of SaaS enterprise scale product

- Experience in working with globally distributed teams following Agile methodology

and Scrum.

- Experience in working with modern CI/CD tools and related ecosystem of

applications - uDeploy, Jenkins, Artifactory, Maven etc.

- Experience using source control tools like Git, SVN etc.

Responsibilities :

• Involve in planning, design, development and maintenance of large-scale data repositories, pipelines, analytical solutions and knowledge management strategy
• Build and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to ensure scalability, connect operational systems data for analytics and business intelligence (BI) systems
• Build data tools for analytics and data scientist team members that assist them in building and optimizing our product into an innovative industry leader
• Reporting and obtaining insights from large data chunks on import/export and communicating relevant pointers for helping in decision-making
• Preparation, analysis, and presentation of reports to the management for further developmental activities
• Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality

Requirements :

• Ability to build and maintain ETL pipelines 
• Technical Business Analysis experience and hands-on experience developing functional spec
• Good understanding of Data Engineering principles including data modeling methodologies
• Sound understanding of PostgreSQL
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills as well as reporting capabilities

What You Will Be Doing

As a Total Rewards Analyst you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and administering the entire spectrum of total rewards and not limited to compensation and benefit policies and programs, which support company objectives and local practices. You will also provide HR and leadership with processes and tools that facilitate the administration of equitable quality programs and ensures a competitive market position for the organization. You will be developing and/or participating in compensation/benefit surveys to analyse company’s competitive position. You will be ensuring company compliance with government laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.

Responsibilities

• Support day to day compensation & benefits management and operations in the region to ensure alignment with business goals and a robust Total Rewards framework to attract, motivate, engage, and retain employees
• Overall compensation philosophy design – Building the system to keep pay equitable to market and creation of systems for delivery at scale.
• End to End Support to our rewards cycles (mid-year and year-end) including the review current offerings and plans for enhancements and changes, rollout and communication materials.
• Assist with the compliance and governance of compensation and benefits policies and programs, monitor market trends, identify risks, perform audits, and provide solutions
• Act as the first point of contact for compensation and benefits queries and issues raised by employees, payroll, HR, and vendors including managing invoices.
• Lead compliance and adherence to global and local instructions/policies, and relevant local regulations / legislations.
• Create and maintain the regional compensation and benefits content on the employee portal based on the current programs and policies.

• Manage enrolment data for benefits including reconciliation and coordination with vendors to find solutions and resolve inquiries.
• Work on benefits solutions during M&A Cycles, planning on budgeting and harmonization.
• Partner with global total rewards teams to derive and deliver solutions at scale

Primary responsibilities:-

Skills required:-

1.Should have good knowledge of any technology
2.Good experience in customer management and people management.
3.Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.

1. Experience with enterprise products is desirable
2. Experience in banking and finance domain is a bonus
3. Client facing experience in the role of a project manager.

Should have handled small/medium projects in the past.
Prepare product and project plans in coordination with the sales team and tech team.
Should have worked with technical architects and developers and understands the terminology and concepts.
Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs.
Experience of 3-4 years in Project Management
2-3 years in a PMO role
Overall experience of 6-8 years
Preferably from Product Organisations. But not a must.
Experience in preparing and reviewing Project Plans
Understanding of project governance and process compliances
Deep understanding of Project tracking and Risk assessment.
Experience of preparing Project reports, Snapshots, MIS.
Good team player - as he/she will need to work closely with PMs and other internal teams.
