6+ years of total software development experience with minimum 3+ years in Flutter

Product-based company experience is mandatory (B2C scale preferred)

Proven ability to own end-to-end Flutter mobile architecture for high-scale apps

Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK internals, and advanced state management (Bloc / Riverpod / Provider)

Hands-on experience with platform channels and native integrations (Android & iOS)

Deep knowledge of performance optimization: app startup time, FPS, memory leaks, widget rebuilds, rendering pipeline

Experience with profiling tools (Dart DevTools, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments)

Strong skills in offline-first architecture, caching layers, and API integrations

Ability to optimize video playback, downloads, DRM, and OTT workflows

Strong command of clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable mobile system design

Experience reviewing code and mentoring engineers (Senior IC role)

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

• Expertise in Angular (version 16+) and NodeJS.

• Proven experience developing and deploying microservices and serverless applications on AWS, particularly using AWS Lambda.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and design principles.

• Proficiency with AWS services like API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

• Hands-on experience with database technologies, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., DynamoDB or MongoDB).

• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies and version control tools like Git.

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor other team members

• Keeping up-to-date with alterations to immigration laws.
• Meeting with prospective and extant clients to gauge which services they require.
• Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
• Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
• Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on development experience
• Strong in Java, Go, JavaScript.
• Having hands on experience with programming in other languages is a plus
• Strong understanding and experience with high scale and high-performance distributed systems
• Well versed with REST and micro services as well API design experience
• Basic knowledge of spring and AngularJS
• Hands on experience with Git, CI/CD frameworks
• Hands on experience with NO SQL, SQL data stores
• Making complex technical and design decisions
• Conducting performance tests and performance improvement

• Prior experience with building extensions/plugins for browsers, IDEs is a plus
