Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to manage and mentor a team of customer support executives. The ideal candidate will ensure service quality, meet SLAs, drive team performance, and act as the first level of escalation while maintaining a customer-first mindset.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

A. Team Management & Performance

• Lead, coach, and manage a team of customer support executives
• Monitor daily performance metrics including AHT, CSAT, FCR, SLA adherence
• Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
• Prepare rosters and manage attendance to ensure adequate coverage

B. Operations & Service Delivery

• Ensure smooth handling of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats
• Act as the first point of escalation for customer issues
• Ensure adherence to processes, SOPs, and quality standards
• Identify gaps and drive process improvements

C. Quality, Training & Compliance

• Conduct call audits and quality checks
• Identify training needs and coordinate with training/QA teams
• Support onboarding and nesting of new joiners
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

D. Reporting & Stakeholder Coordination

• Prepare and share daily/weekly MIS and performance reports
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Product, Tech, QA) for issue resolution
• Share insights, trends, and improvement opportunities with management

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred)
• 5–8 years of experience in customer support, with 2–3 years as Team Lead
• Strong understanding of contact center metrics and SLAs
• Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BPO / Customer Support / Healthcare support (if applicable)

We are a growing software services company based in Hyderabad, India, expanding our capabilities by establishing a US IT Recruitment vertical from the ground up. We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and self-driven US IT Recruitment Manager to lead this initiative.

As the US IT Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for setting up the US IT staffing/recruitment division end-to-end. This is a leadership role requiring in-depth expertise in the US IT staffing industry, comprehensive knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to build, manage, and scale recruitment operations.

Required Qualifications

·        Deep understanding of US tax terms, work authorizations, compliance, and immigration policies.

·        Strong network of clients, vendors, and industry contacts in the US staffing ecosystem.

Primary Skills Mobile Automation- Java, Appium, Mobile Automation

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement mobile test automation frameworks using Appium and Java.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for Android and iOS platforms.

We are looking for a couple of awesome Product Support Engineers for our own software product Enpass password manager (www.enpass.io) which is being used by millions of end users worldwide and is available for iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, and Linux. It is a tech-oriented application, localized in 33 languages and has a vast and varied user-base, offering a wide scope of learning in every aspect of software testing and support.

This position requires well-rounded product support experience of 1 year. Further, it requires good command over specific OS internal settings, multitasking, mentoring, ability to assign and manage tasks for others and communication (written and oral) skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide first, second and third tier (L1, L2, L3) product support via email, Social media, and our Forums.

• Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues in using Enpass.

• Monitoring application processes, application logs and taking appropriate resolution actions in case of failures.

• Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.

• Resolving all customer issues in a time bound manner. Comply with the SLA for issue resolution.

• Work closely with technical teams to investigate complex issues and enhance the quality of existing products.
