Hiring for the position of Backend Developer responsible for managing back-end services and the interchange of data between the server and the users.

Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.

 

Role

Requirement

∙ Proficient in Node.JS

∙ 2+ years’ experience designing, querying, and updating databases in MySQL/nosql 

∙ Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas

∙ Good to have knowledge of AWS, Redis, ElasticSearch

 

Education: Min. Graduate in related discipline

Work experience: 2 years relevant experience

Required qualifications and must have skills
 BE/BTech/BS or equivalent
 7+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot
 Strong fundamentals in data structure, algorithm, and object-oriented programming
 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale (distributed) system
architecture with complex software design, high scalability and availability.
 Extensive experience with technical leadership, defining visions/solutions and collaborating/driving to see
them to completion.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Experience with any RDBMS and strong SQL knowledge
 Comfortable with Unix / Linux command line

Nice to have Skills
 Experience with Big Data platforms like Hadoop / Hive / Presto
 Experience with ML/AI frameworks like TensorFlow, H20, etc
 Used Key Value stores or noSQL databases
 Good understanding of docker and container platforms like Mesos and Kubernetes
 Security-first architecture approach

Looking for candidates only with tier 1 colleges and have a minimum 1yr of experience in a product-based company.

You will be involved throughout the product lifecycle, from idea generation, design, and prototyping to execution, and shipping.
You'll collaborate closely with technical and non-technical counterparts to understand our customers' problems and build products that solve them.

Desired Skills :

• Design & build a highly scalable, robust backend architecture for our cloud services

Evaluation Process
The evaluation process starts with a short phone conversation.
After that, the candidate will be required to take both a technical and writing test, which will be shared with them after the phone screen.
This will be followed by 1-3 interviews, over Google Meet. We will require candidates to be alone, in a quiet place (with no background noise). They must also have a fast & reliable internet connection. They will be required to take the call on a laptop with a camera, and have their technical test code ready for perusal. We recommend using Google Chrome to join the call, and strongly urge candidates to use headphones/earphones.

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Computer Science/or related fields or Masters, from a premier college
