About the Role

We’re hiring a Data Engineer to join our Data Platform team. You’ll help build and scale the systems that power analytics, reporting, and data-driven features across the company. This role works with engineers, analysts, and product teams to make sure our data is accurate, available, and usable.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain reliable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.
• Develop and optimize data models for analytics and internal tools.
• Work with team members to deliver clean, trusted datasets.
• Support core data platform tools like Airflow, dbt, Spark, Redshift, or Snowflake.
• Monitor data pipelines for quality, performance, and reliability.
• Write clear documentation and contribute to test coverage and CI/CD processes.
• Help shape our data lakehouse architecture and platform roadmap.

What You Need

• 2–4 years of experience in data engineering or a backend data-related role.
• Strong skills in Python or another backend programming language.
• Experience working with SQL and distributed data systems (e.g., Spark, Kafka).
• Familiarity with NoSQL stores like HBase or similar.
• Comfortable writing efficient queries and building data workflows.
• Understanding of data modeling for analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to tools like Airflow or other workflow schedulers.

Bonus Points

• Experience with DBT, Databricks, or real-time data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure tools like Terraform or Kubernetes.
• Interest in data governance, ML pipelines, or compliance standards.

Graphic Designer - YouTube Thumbnail Wizard

Location: Remote

Are you a creative powerhouse with an eye for detail? Do you have mad skills when it comes to making YouTube thumbnails that are not only visually appealing, but also tell the story of the video in a single image? If so, we want you on our team!

We're seeking a talented graphic designer with 1-3 years of experience in thumbnail creation using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva. You should also have a good understanding of design elements, color, composition, layouts, and upcoming design trends. Plus, you should be up-to-date on YouTube market trends and target demographics.

As a member of our team, you'll work closely with content writers to bring their vision to life through compelling, clickable thumbnails. You'll also analyze feedback from team leads and come up with strategies to improve your performance. And, of course, you'll stay up-to-date with the latest practices in thumbnail creation.

We are looking to hire a business development executive with 1-3 years of IT experience as well as good client-handling skills.

Responsibility:

1. Handling Cold calls and freelancing platforms.
2. Generating the leads, Negotiation with clients Convert leads into clients.
3. Understand client requirements and shape the project structure.
4. Good knowledge about how to create SOW, build data architecture, and other necessary documents.
5. strategies to identify and engage potential clients through various channels.
6. Conduct research to identify new leads and opportunities within target industries.
7. Gather a deep understanding of prospective clients' needs, pain points, and goals.
8. Present our products/services and make plans for their updating with time.
9. Handling Dispute and Finding solution.
10. Maintain regular follow-ups to keep prospects engaged throughout the sales cycle.
11. Collaborate with Development teams and give information about client needs.
12. Do Price negotiations, discussing terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients.
13. Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and performance, and share them with the MD.
14. Good knowledge of market standards and trends.
15. Knowledge about every type of product and service.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
2. Handson is experienced in IT, with at least 2 years of business development or sales roles.
3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and convention skills
4. Ability to build and maintain client relations
5. Knowledge about how to present a demo 
6. Focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.

• Should be responsible for Scrum Master role and taking care of proper Daily Stand Up Meeting with the team and ensure team efficiency & unblock them by resolving their concerns.

Job Description:
