Job Role: Account Manager - Digital Growth

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Manager to drive brand growth and digital success. This role

is not just about managing digital campaigns but also about identifying business opportunities, enhancing brand

visibility, and using digital strategies to scale revenue.

You’ll be the main point of contact (POC), working closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution

across SEO, social media, paid marketing, and brand strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Brand & Business Growth

Understand the brand’s business goals and find new ways to grow revenue.

Identify partnerships, collaborations, and digital strategies to scale the brand.

Client & Project Management

Act as the primary POC for clients, ensuring smooth coordination and execution.

Keep track of all deliverables, deadlines, and feedback loops.

SEO & Digital Strategy

Work on SEO, content marketing, social media, and paid ads to boost visibility.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies for better results.

Execution & Performance Tracking

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and performance marketers to execute campaigns.

Track key metrics, generate reports, and suggest improvements based on data insights.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Primary: 

1. Executing structural and PSE Drawings on the site 
2. Staying at Site [Matar] 24x7 (Only Male Candidates) 
3. Supervising construction, interpreting drawings, and liaising between contractors, Structural Engineers, Resident and Consulting Architects and MEP Consultant 
4. Managing inventory, Planning Day schedules, Reporting and Documentation 
5. Landscaping, environmental harnessing, waste and water disposal and recycling 
6. Helping improvise construction gadgets and processes. 

Secondary: 

1. General management as Trainee Officer 
2. Desire to specialize in some of these: HR, Event Management, Field social work, Social Poster Design/ Graphics, Science Promotion, Content, SharePoint, etc. 
3. Promotion of SPRAT’s services such as Rationality, Gujarati Literacy, and events in and around Matar. 

REQUIREMENTS: 

Knowledge and Education: 

• Brilliant B.Es / B.Techs [Civil] from respectable colleges or possessing good CGPA. Or very bright Civil Diploma holders with an additional year’s relevant experience. 
• Functional knowledge/experience of construction machinery and tools. 
• Functional spoken English and Hindi and basic knowledge of MS Office. 

Experience:  

• 1 – 3 Years 
• Prior on-site experience of at least one year on a Residential/ Commercial Site.

Applicants with strong interest in creating user interface applications with pixel perfect look, feel designs and implementation guides are the ones for us. The ideal candidate should have an eye for clean and artful design, possess superior UI skills and be able to translate high-level requirements into interaction flows and artifacts, and transform them into beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces.

Skills needed

• From a brief, produce concepts for layouts and develop these concepts based on feedback given.
• Finish designs to a highly-detailed, professional level.
• Create wireframe specifications (complete with annotation) for developers to implement.
• Work with developers to communicate specs, ensure correct implementation and work through any problems encountered.
• Design web, mobile and tablet friendly applications.
• Visual design definition, direction and execution.
• A designer with a holistic approach to design, who is able to draw on key insights from different parts of an organization.

• Solid knowledge of design theory, especially principles of logo, graphic/ UI design and usability.
• A keen aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for crafting visually appealing designs to high levels of detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A people person and leader who knows how to get people involved and motivate them to collaborate in design discussions.
• Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop and Illustrator), CSS and HTML, JavaScript skills.
• A good listener and facilitator who knows how to facilitate constructive design discussions.

Primary duties and responsibilities include:

·         Candidate should be able to work independently with client and should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required Experience

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent work experience

·         8 to 10 years of programming experience—preferably with Java 8+, and other tool support

·         Demonstrated ability of Design Patterns and to write efficient, reusable rest services and libraries

• 3+ years demonstrated experience in the Testing Web & mobile applications.
• 1+ Years of experience in Js based Web application testing. (Like: Angular Js, Vue Js, react js)
• Create and maintain API-based automation test scripts using tools like J meter, SoapUI or Postman
• API Automation using Soap UI/Rest assured / Postman (Mandatory)
• Create and maintain API specific test plans
• Conducting Performance and Load tests on the API's and provide detailed report and analysis on metrics like Breakage point etc.
• Participate in creating and clarifying User Stories, and in planning Sprints.
• Maintaining all the testing artefacts in SharePoint.
• Updating test management tools (JIRA / Bugzilla etc) so that the current status of the project can be known at any time by stakeholders.
• Issue tracking, analysis and reporting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Product Support Engineer (L1 Support) – Immediate Requirement.

Key skills

• 1-3 years exp in Product Support Role.
• Need to Understand the product and features, to demonstrate the end users.
• Sound knowledge on Java and SQL
• Need to Analyze and Resolve the Product specific queries, MySQL.
• Consistently Deliver the customer requirements.
• Engage with Development team and manage the progress of cases.
