We are looking to grow! We are a remote-first team, looking to scale our Open Source Feature Flagging, Remote Config and A/B Testing product. With both SaaS and on-premises customers, we are investing in making our platform more accessible to large organizations

We are looking for a Python / Full Stack Engineer, with experience working on large-scale web platforms, who can help build out our existing APIs and web dashboard. 

Must haves

● Python, JavaScript

● REST API design and development

● Django / Django Rest Framework (or similar web framework, e.g. Flask, FastAPI)

● PostgreSQL

Nice to haves

● ReactJS

● OracleDB, MySQL DB

● Mobile Technologies (Flutter, Kotlin for Android, Swift)

We also have SDKs written in most modern programming languages so the more polyglot, the better! We are an Open Source company first and foremost, so working with our community on GitHub to build features, fix bugs and cultivate pull requests is also on the job spec.

Role Objectives 

• Participate in complex design and software development tasks within an appropriate schedule, task, and quality guidelines set in conjunction with the Senior Platform Specialists and Platform Architect  

• Hands-on development and implementation of solutions including the configuration of e.IQ platform components and custom development 

• Tasks associated with testing and documentation of solution implemented 

Academic Qualification
B.E/B.Tech/MCA in computer science Engineering or a related field. 

Experience Profile  

4 -6 years of experience in development or platform implementations.

Required Technical Skillset for Java Development

• core JavaScript, CSS, HTML-5,

• At least one of these frameworks (Angular JS / React /Vue / jQuery / Bootstrap)

• Experience in developing front-end web applications for various devices (responsive) 
  

Good to have:

• Basic Java knowledge /Programming, RDBMS (preferably MySQL or MSSQL), Exposure to Liferay.

• Must be capable of coding and unit testing their own code
  

• Team player with good interpersonal skills

• Should have strong analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and revamp creative, eye-catching websites as per the client's needs.
• Work with project managers to discuss the desired website functionality and provide solutions.
• Integrate custom templates/themes into WordPress.
• Work with various WordPress third-party plugins (Like WooCommerce, Buddypress, Elementor, and others) and customize when required.
• Develop custom plugins and custom functionalities on top of Wordpress and WooCommerce.

Skills:

• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress Architecture, WooCommerce, Page Builder’s (like Elementor, Divi, Visual Composer etc), and other best practice solutions
• Experience & Knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript/jQuery.
• Experience & Knowledge of child theme creation and customization as per designed based on the requirements
• Experience & Knowledge of WordPress plugin and Back-End functionality development
