The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to own the full sales cycle, from initial lead contact to final deal closure. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, acting as a brand ambassador and a trusted advisor. Your primary goal is to understand customer needs, present tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth by converting leads into satisfied, long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management & Pipeline Coverage:

• Proactively address and respond to all inbound leads in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure complete lead coverage by diligently following up with every assigned lead throughout the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all customer interactions within the CRM to ensure transparency and team accountability.

Sales Execution & Conversion:

Multi-Channel Communication:

Delivery Manager -

• Manage a delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.

• Oversee daily activities of the delivery team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
