What you’ll do

• Build and ship production-ready React features that feel fast, accessible and polished.
• Design and maintain Node.js / Express APIs that are clean, secure and well-documented.
• Leverage AWS services (EC2, Lambda, Elastic Cache / Redis, load balancers, etc.) to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and uphold strong Git workflows.
• Collaborate in an agile, fully remote team that values code reviews, knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement.
• Champion engineering best practices—testing, monitoring, and infrastructure-as-code—while keeping an eye on new tech that can raise the bar.

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Proven expertise with React (hooks, component architecture, state management) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience building RESTful services in Node.js with Express (or similar).
• Familiarity with AWS fundamentals (EC2, Lambda, load balancing, caching layers).
• Comfortable with Git, GitHub and automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing knowledge with the team.
• Clear, concise communication skills—vital for an all-remote environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK).
• Exposure to containerisation (Docker, ECS, EKS) or serverless architecture patterns.
• Prior work in health-tech or other regulated domains.

Qualification: BE / B. Tech / BCA / MCA(IT / CE/ relevant field)

Salary: No bar for the right candidate (Depends on the interview)

Experience: For Odoo developer (1 to 3 Years) (relevant field)

For Odoo Intern (0 to 1 Year)

Required skills & Qualification:

• BE / B. Tech /Msc.IT(IT / CE/ relevant field)
• Framework: Odoo 11/12/13/14/15/16 (Enterprise/Community).
• Proficiency in Python and Odoo framework components - model, fields, modifiers, actions,
• views, menu, security, and controllers.
• Functional and Technical knowledge for odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchases, MRP, Point of Sale, Inventory, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Website, HR, and Fleet Management.
• Database migration (preferable) / Module migration.
• Python Programming for odoo customization.
• Require knowledge of Odoo Web and Website development.
• Able to identify the requirement and propose a good alternative solution to client requirements.
• End to End implementation of the Odoo ERP system as per the business needs.

• Seven years of relevant software development experience
• 3 or more years using data interchange methods, including XML, JSON, RESTful, and SOAP
• 4 or more years of experience developing software in Java, Python that interacts with relational databases
• Two or more years of experience with HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and mobile development
• Two or more years of business and systems analysis experience
• Understanding/leveraging Machine Learning algorithms for Projects is a big plus
• Minimum one year of experience in ReactJS/NodeJS.
• Experience working in Projects with Agile principles and methodologies like Scrum Full stack development experience

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
