About the Role

We are seeking an AI Developer to design, fine-tune, and deploy advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents across healthcare and SMB workflows. You will work with cutting-edge technologies—OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Gemini, Grok—building robust pipelines and scalable solutions that directly impact real-world hospital use cases such as risk calculators, clinical protocol optimization, and intelligent decision support.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, fine-tune, and customize LLMs and AI agents for production-grade workflows
• Leverage Node.js for backend development and integration with various cloud services.
• Use AI tools and AI prompts to develop automated processes that enhance data management and client offerings
• Drive the evolution of deployment methodologies, ensuring that AI systems are continuously optimized, tested, and delivered in production-ready environments.
•  Stay up-to-date with emerging AI technologies, cloud platforms, and development methodologies to continually evolve the platform’s capabilities.
• Integrate and manage vector databases such as FAISS and Pinecone.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and compliance in all deployed AI systems.

Required Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development or full-stack AI integration.
• ​​Proven expertise in building Generative AI models and AI-powered applications, especially in a cloud environment.
• Strong experience with multi-cloud infrastructure and platforms,
• Proficiency with Node.js and modern backend frameworks for developing scalable solutions.
• In-depth understanding of AI prompts, natural language processing, and agent-based systems for enhancing decision-making processes.
• Familiarity with AI tools for model training, data processing, and real-time inference tasks.
• Experience working with hybrid cloud solutions, including private and public cloud integration for AI workloads.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation in AI and cloud technologies
• Agile delivery mythology knowledge.
• CI/CD pipeline deployment with JIRA and GitHub knowledge for code deployment
• Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.
• Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, or similar).

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code with full-stack development in PHP.

Basic Requirements:

• 5+ years of programming experience in developing web apps. Experience in developing mobile apps would be a bonus.
• Front-end development with technologies such as Javascript, Typescript, VueJS, CSS, Bootstrap, etc
• Strong knowledge of database modeling and design in RDBMS and NoSQL databases
• Strong experience in API design, API Security, API Documentation and REST, GraphQL-based services
• Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture would be a bonus
• Have a self-directed work ethic with attention to detail and good communication skills
• API Integration and extension development for 3rd party applications e.g. Facebook, Google, etc

Description of Skills/abilities:

We are looking for a Python Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

Responsibilities:

1. Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
2. Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
3. Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
4. Implementation of security and data protection.
5. Integration of data storage solutions may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc. Experience administering innovation with methodologies such as design thinking.
6. Experience working on Agile Scrum and DevOps aligned delivery teams.
7. Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
8. Strong communication skills and great product sense.
9. Proficient communication skills verbal and written.
10. Understanding of accessibility and security compliance depending on the specific project.
11. Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.
12. Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
13. Familiarity with event-driven programming in Python, using of Pycham.
14. Understanding of the differences between multiple deliveries platforms, such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
15. Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes.
16. Strong unit test and debugging skills.

Skills:

1. Expert in Python, with knowledge in Python web framework such as Django, Flask depending on technology stack.
2. Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
3. Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
4. Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture.
5. Good understanding of server-side templating languages such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack.
6. Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, Typescript, react, react hooks, HTML5, and CSS3.
7. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial or SVN.

Skill Set:

1. 4+Years Full stack Python Developer - exposure to web frameworks like Django, Flask and Falcon.
2. Experience building APIs for a rapidly iterating product and restful APIs and development of services layer using Pythons Flask framework and should be proficient in writing unit test cases using Pytest package.
3. Database level programming using both SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and No SQL (Mongo DB/Casandra) and designing the database level stored procedures and persistence logic.
4. HTML/CSS/JavaScript and JavaScript framework and knowledge on React JS is a plus.
5. Experience in developing Arduino libraries is an added advantage.
6. Experience working with two or more from the following: Web Application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development

• Experience on Full stack development and Microservices Architecture.
• Proven experience implementing distributed applications in a container environment (Docker/Kubernetes) along with considerable experience configuring and administrating Linux (or other Unix-like) systems Software engineering experience designing Enterprise Cloud Applications with Golang will be preferred
