Your primary focus will be the development of all server side logic, definition and maintenance of the central database, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Java Developer with 8 to 15 years of expertise in Java development, AWS cloud infrastructure management and product development for 3 products. There is a clear path to leadership role within the organization. If you are not from Chennai, you should be willing to relocate to Chennai.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and AWS or other cloud infrastructure management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product vision, align cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of cloud-based solutions, while providing the necessary support to the team in planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
