Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer responsible for designing and developing robust and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment) and be proficient in the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development: Design, develop, and deploy full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• API Development: Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Database Management: Design, manage, and optimize MongoDB databases for high-performance and scalability.
• UI/UX Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices and coding standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in:
• React.js: Strong understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, state management, and component lifecycle.
• Node.js & Express.js: In-depth knowledge of Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• MongoDB: Experience with MongoDB for database design, development, and optimization.
• JavaScript/ES6+: Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and understanding of asynchronous programming.

• Understand platform requirements & coordinate with the development agency for smooth development of our platform
• Make incremental design or developmental changes on the platform on a regular basis
• Ideate & develop new features on our platform
• Conduct regular testing of website performance & fixing bugs (either through agency or by self, whatever applicable)
• Work with UI/UX designer to implement design systems & user experiences

• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a full-stack developer or similar roles
• Experience in developing scalable desktop and mobile applications
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)

Job Description – FullStack Developer

We are looking for a fullstack developer to be part of our tech team. If you are coding ninja and are motivated by the joy of creating scalable products and platforms this the role for you

1. You should have 2+ years of quality experience in building scalable digital products/platforms as a fullstack developer
2. Experience in big data analytics and engineering would be plus
3. You should have good command over Data Structure, Algorithms.
4. Experience working with NoSQL & SQL Databases like Mysql, MongoDB, ElasticDB, Redis etc.
5. You should have experience with react.js on the front-end, and python/mysql/big query/google cloud on the backend layer.

About the platform: We are solving an interesting problem and changing the way healthcare businesses in the US communicate with their patients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or related discipline is NOT MANDATORY. Skills and passion to build products that people love are mandatory. :)
• Minimum 3 years of working experience.
• Firm grasp of the JavaScript language and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax

Swaypay is looking for a detail driven Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with remote startup experience who is comfortable asking “why?”. We want someone who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and has a track record of delivery and excellent software engineering skills.
