To impact a highly fragmented v-commerce space, we aim to bring order to simplify & aggregate. We are a full stack v-commerce platform. We build the Network side of the products to achieve dense on-ground digital coverage by working with & aggregating different types of partners. Further help set the standards for scaling sustainably for the future. We also build the User side of the products to make road travel experience for our vehicle owners and drivers contactless and fully autonomous. 

About the role:

1. Meet both technical and consumer needs.
2. Design client-side and server-side architecture that can scale to thousands of end users.
3. Ensure cross-platform optimisation and responsiveness of applications.
4. Write and review technical documentation.
5. Diagnose and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks.
6. Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality.
7. Create security and data protection processes.
8. Design and develop efficient APIs.
9. Ability to quickly adapt and migrate code to most current technologies.

Role requirements:

1. 2+ years of proven experience working as a Fullstack Developer
2. Proficiency with multiple front-end languages and frameworks (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, React Native)
3. Knowledge of back-end languages (Node JS)
4. Knowledge of AWS, Firebase, GIT and CI/CD tools.
5. Hands-on experience with databases (e.g. Postgres, MongoDB).
6. Bias for action - ability to move quickly while taking time out to review the details.

The role in a gist:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing user interfaces for modern rich internet applications using the latest front-end technologies, as well as building, optimizing, and scaling our Node.js platform and applications on the backend. You will collaborate with other engineers and teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes needed to handle our current and future scale.

What you will work on:

● Ensure high performance of both front-end and back-end applications.

● Collaborate with teams to implement new features, improvements, and fixes.

● Build, optimize, and scale our Node.js platform and applications.

● Implement secure applications and data protection.

● Integrate RESTful APIs and internal web services to ensure high performance.

● Develop user interfaces for modern rich internet applications using the latest front-end technologies. 

● Write tested and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS code.

● Make design and technical decisions for AngularJS projects.

● Develop application code and perform unit testing using AngularJS, RESTful web services, and Java

technologies.

● Troubleshoot production issues and implement necessary fixes.

● Work closely with product owners and internal teams to define and shape tasks.

The ideal candidate:

● Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser-compatible code.

● Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation techniques.

● Experience with RESTful services and integrating 3rd-party services.

● Proficiency in JavaScript, with knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express, Hapi, or Loopback.

● Experience in JavaScript build tools like Grunt or Gulp.

● Expertise in modern JavaScript MV-VM/MVC frameworks, such as AngularJS/React, JQuery, NodeJS, or GruntJS.

● Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine) and test runner frameworks (e.g., Karma).

● Hands-on experience implementing complex AngularJS applications, directives, controllers, and services.

● Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking.

● Ability to work well in a team and possess good time-management skills.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Experience running Node.js services at scale and building applications using Amazon Web Services.

Qualification and Experience:

● 3-5 years of experience in both front-end (AngularJS) and back-end (Node.js) development

● BS/BE/BTech degree in Computer Science or Engineering. 

• Expertise in full stack tools Angular, SpringBoot, Node JS 
• Expertise on RDBMS and no SQL databases like Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL, Mongo DB 
• Understanding of microservices architecture 
• Good understanding of Agile practices and DevOps tools like Jenkins/Azure etc. 
• Zeal to drive solutions and results with a constant focus on business priorities and delivering business value. 
• Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly and extend the knowledge with other team members.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable software solutions. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable with both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks, and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for visual design and utility.

The Role

Based in Jaipur or Pune, you will be working in a collaborative team on cutting edge technologies in a supportive and dynamic environment. Ultimately you are responsible for building the CODI and on-boarding new clients - this involves:

• Developing a good understanding of the solutions which Peak delivers, and how these link to Peak’s overall strategy.
• Making suggestions towards shaping the strategy for a feature and engineering design.
• Managing own workload and usually delivering unsupervised. Accountable for their own workstream or the work of a small team.

• Acting as the Lead Engineer on a project. Helps ensure others follow Peak processes, such as release and version control.
• An active member of the team, through useful contributions to projects and in team meetings.
• Supervising others. Deputising for a Lead and/or support them with tasks. Mentoring new joiners/interns and Masters students. Sharing knowledge and learnings with the team.

Required Skills and Experience

We are building a team of world class engineers in Jaipur / Pune, essentially we are looking for bright, talented engineers looking to work at the cutting edge of practical AI.

• Acquired strong proven professional programming experience.
• Strong command of Algorithms, Data structures, Design patterns, and Product Architectural Design.
• Good understanding of DevOps, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, Serverless and Docker, preferable AWS 
• Proven track record and expert in one of the field - DevOps/Frontend/Backend
• Excellent coding and debugging skills in any language with command on any one programming paradigm, preferred Javascript/Python/Go
• Experience with at least one of the Database systems - RDBMS and NoSQL
• Ability to document requirements and specifications.
• A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong experience in using AGILE or SCRUM techniques to build quality software.
