About the Role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who deeply cares about how things look, feel, and flow. Someone who writes elegant code and designs beautiful, functional experiences that users love.

You’ll work at the intersection of design and engineering, turning ideas and prototypes into smooth, high-performing applications built on React and Node.js. This role suits developers who think in pixels, obsess over transitions, and genuinely want every click and animation to feel just right.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern, responsive interfaces using React.js, TypeScript, and UI frameworks (Tailwind, Material, or similar).
• Transform design mockups and Figma prototypes into production-quality web experiences.
• Build scalable APIs and backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, and REST/GraphQL.
• Design and manage databases (MySQL, MongoDB) with efficient and clean data flow.
• Optimize for speed, accessibility, and smooth user interactions across devices.
• Collaborate with designers and product teams to refine visual and interaction details.
• Deploy, monitor, and scale applications on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, Lambda, RDS).
• Maintain high code quality through clean architecture, testing, and peer reviews.

Tech Stack

• Frontend: React.js, TypeScript, Redux / Zustand, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js / NestJS, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL (optional), Redis (caching)
• Cloud & Tools: AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront, RDS, Lambda), Docker, CI/CD, GitHub Actions
• Bonus: Next.js, Figma-to-code workflows, WebSockets, Serverless functions

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of full-stack experience with a strong frontend/UI focus.
• Proven experience creating visually stunning and user-centered web apps.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, design systems, and responsive layouts.
• Solid knowledge of databases, API design, and deployment best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.

Requirements:

• Hands-on working knowledge and experience is required in:
• Extensive experience working on C#, . net and. net core frameworks
• Extensive experience working on React, Javascript and Typescript
• Relational Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc. )

• Development of Complex Application and System Architectures
• Data Structures and Algorithms using Typescript, C# and. NET
• Experience working in Google Cloud will be a big bonus as all our systems are in the Cloud 7
• Knowledge of REST and gRPC API's is a bonus
• Knowledge of the following technologies is a plus:
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Tools like GitHub, Git, etc.
• Containerisation Technologies (Docker)

Responsibilities  

• Writing code to solve moderate to complex domain problems for various product and solution areas.

• Developing web application- Writing Unit test.

• Come up with designs and prototypes for pre-design and feasibility study activities

Requirements

• Expertise in JavaScript, JQuery and ASP.Net

• Hands-on experience working with Microsoft SQL Servers.

• Minimum one year of experience in React JS is a must

• Should be able to use Web API.

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
• Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
• Familiarity with common stacks
• Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
• Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design

• Strong understanding of JavaScript, its quirks, and workarounds
• Basic understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks - Angular, RxJS, Internationalization
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates and reactive components
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues
• Familiarity with front-end build tools
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance
• Basic understanding of HTTP requests and proficiency in creating REST APIs using Swagger
• Strong understanding of relational databases and its concepts - MySQL
• Ability to write database queries and transactions using sequalize ORM
• We would prefer it the candidate has an experience of min 1 year but a maximum of 3 years with all above mentioned technologies, libraries and frameworks

Requirements:

• Experience in agile development process.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS3.
• Excellent knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web
• Good understanding and experience of working on Vue.js/React.js.
• Prior experience building REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Node.js/Golang/Java + Redis + Elasticsearch.
• Experience with AWS/GCP is a plus
• Knowledge of version control systems like GIT.
• Experience in developing automated unit and functional tests
• 1+ years of experience with a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field

We are looking for a full-stack developer with  3+ years of experience in NodeJS and frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JS + ReactJS + VueJS

- Strong Coding Skills
- Experience building scalable products
- 3+ years of experience in NodeJS with an understanding of callbacks, async/await, promises,
  asynchronous functions, usage of third-party libraries, ExpressJS, PassportJS etc
- Good command over Data Structure, Algorithms
- Experience working with NoSQL & SQL Databases like Mysql, MongoDB, ElasticDB, Redis etc
- Good design skills
- The ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code
- Knowledge of Go, Docker and kuberneates is a plus.
