ASP.NET MVC and React.js Developer

Money Honey Financial Services has an open position for a well-qualified Software developer, to be filled immediately. If you have a combination of deep experience with ASP.Net, MVC, C#, JQuery, JavaScript experience with databases and domain-driven application systems, a history of working successfully in small innovative software teams, and a flexible, upbeat approach to working with colleagues.

Responsibilities :

• Work with the .Net team, promoting the creation of elegant, practical solutions to meet the company's business goals.

• Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Work closely with the Team Lead of Technology to assist in the analysis, evaluation and recommendation of new application and technology appropriate to the company.

• Understand how our applications operate, are structured, and how users use them.

Money Honey along-with its subsidiaries caters to entire gamut of financial services including equities and commodities broking, portfolio management, distribution of mutual funds, Stocks, Commodities, Govt Bonds, IPO, Fixed Deposit, etc. The Money Honey Financial Services Limited straddle the entire financial services space with offerings ranging from Mutual Funds, Fixed deposits, Bonds, Equities and derivatives trading, Commodities trading, Portfolio Management Services, and other small savings instruments. We have started operation in 2008 with two member team and today more than 150 members are associated with organization. Currently we are managing more than Rs2,500 crore of asset under management.

Key Responsibilities

·      Develop and maintain application features using .NET Framework and Angular or assigned tech stack.

·      Write clean, efficient, and well-structured code following engineering best practices.

·      Debug, test, and fix defects with attention to quality and performance.

·      Participate in requirement discussions, sprint ceremonies, and Agile workflows.

·      Collaborate with peers, leads, QA, and cross-functional teams effectively.

·      Document code, APIs, and module-level design details.

·      Use AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) responsibly to improve productivity.

·      Continuously learn and apply new technologies, frameworks, and standards.

Required Skills

·      Strong fundamentals in OOP, data structures, algorithms, logical reasoning, and problem solving.

·      Good knowledge of C#/.NET Framework, or another modern backend framework.

·      Basic understanding of relational databases, REST APIs, and version control (Git).

·      Understand database concepts and able to write sql queries with joins

·      Familiarity with Agile concepts (user stories, backlog, sprints).

·      Good communication and team collaboration skills.

·      Quick learner with a growth mindset.

·      Awareness of AI tools and how they support coding, testing, and documentation.

Preferred Skills

·      Knowledge of unit testing (xUnit, JUnit, NUnit).

·      Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.

·      Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure/Cloudflare) is a plus. 

Requirements:

• Exp with C#, . NET framework, MVC, WebAPI, Res API LINQ, Entity Framework.
• Exp with JavaScript frameworks like JQuery, Angular, React etc. will be preferable.
• Understanding of design patterns and design principals, object programming.
• Exp with TDD.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology and JIRA.
• Exp in database development preferable on MS SQL Server.
• Experience with. NET Core will be advantageous.
• Participate in all the phases of SDLC.
