Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Developer to join our dynamic AI/ML team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage cutting-edge Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to drive innovation to solve real world problems. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing GenAI-based applications, implementing advanced techniques like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), RIG (Retrieval Interleaved Generation), Agentic Frameworks and vector databases. This is a collaborative role where you will work directly with customers cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven solutions. Exposure to cloud-native AI platforms such as Amazon Bedrock and Microsoft Azure OpenAI is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

Generative AI Application Development:

Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-driven applications to address complex industrial challenges.

Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic frameworks

Data Management & Optimization:

Design and optimize document chunking strategies tailored to specific datasets and use cases.

Build, manage, and optimize data embeddings for high-performance similarity searches across vector databases.

Collaboration & Integration:

Work closely with data engineers and scientists to integrate AI solutions into existing pipelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless AI implementation.

Cloud & AI Platform Utilization:

Explore and implement best practices for utilizing cloud-native AI platforms, such as Amazon Bedrock and Azure OpenAI, to enhance solution delivery.

Continuous Learning & Innovation:

Stay updated with the latest trends and emerging technologies in the GenAI and AI/ML fields, ensuring our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI technologies, particularly in the areas of RAG, document chunking, and vector database management. They will be able to quickly adapt to evolving AI frameworks and leverage cloud-native platforms to create efficient, scalable solutions. You will be working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, where innovation and the ability to learn and grow are key to success.

- 3 to 5 years of overall experience in software development, with 3 years focused on AI/ML.

- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically working with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

- Python, PySpark and SQL knowledge is necessary for tasks

- Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced, and innovative environment.

Technical Skills:

- Generative AI Frameworks & Technologies:

- Expertise in Generative AI frameworks, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and few-shot learning.

- Familiarity with frameworks such as T5 (Text-to-Text Transfer Transformation), LangChain, Lang Graph, Open-source tech stalk Ollama, Mistral, DeepSeek.

- Strong knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for combining LLMs with external data retrieval systems.

Data Management:

- Experience in designing chunking strategies for different datasets.

- Expertise in data embedding techniques and experience with vector databases like Pinecone, ChromaDB etc

- Programming & AI/ML Libraries:

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.

Cloud Platforms & Integration:

- Familiarity with cloud services for AI/ML workloads (AWS, Azure).

- Experience with API integration for AI services and building scalable applications.

- Certifications (Optional but Desirable):

- Certification in AI/ML (e.g., TensorFlow, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty).

- Certification or coursework in Generative AI or related technologies.

TAPPP is building the next-generation digital platform by leveraging cell-based architecture to integrate technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Rules, Workflows, Microservices, FaaS (Function as a Service), Micro-frontends, and Micro apps to create a highly extensible and cutting-edge technology platform that brings together sports fans with broadcasters, sports teams, and sportsbooks to create a marketplace for all aspects of sports and we are available across platforms via the Web, Mobile, Roku, and Tablets.

Building out this brand presents significant product and engineering challenges. At the center of solving those challenges is the TAPPP Product Engineering team which is responsible for the TAPPP product end to end.

TAPPP is led by a very able leadership team drawn from Industry leaders from companies like ESPN, Amazon, Blackhawk, Kargocard, Visa, and many others.

Who are we looking for:

A coding enthusiast who loves writing elegant code and developing software systems.

As a Roku developer, you will be a part of the core product development team that is responsible for building high-performant components of the TAPPP platform.

Your responsibility:

• You will be responsible for designing, coding, reviewing, testing, and bug-fixing different modules of the software product that needs to work seamlessly across different environments.
• Write production-quality code in Brightscript / Scenegraph.
• Write unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability and general reliability.
• You will work in an Agile team, working on the TAPPP revolutionary platform. 
• Interface with other teams and/or third-party vendors to assist in the deployment of applications on Roku platforms.

Mandatory technical skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing apps for Roku devices.
• Strong knowledge of BrightScript, SceneGraph, and core scripting languages like JS.
• Experience with REST APIs interaction and a strong understanding of client-server architectures.
• Experience with Media Playback, streaming concepts, HLS, and manifests.

The position is based in Pune(India).

• Work with product owners, architects, developers, testers, and other stakeholders in the client's organization and in the company to build and maintain software solutions
• Get specifications/wireframes/ mock-ups and translate them into scalable, high-performance, robust web apps!
• Responsible to write and maintain clean, well-written code, as per the best practices.
• Very comfortable with daily stand-up with clients, update daily work progress via Project Management systems, voice/video calls, online collaboration using screen-sharing tools.
• Exposure/experience in agile development practices

Desired Qualification, Skills, and Experience

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech.

Mandatory Skills:

• Expert level skills in OOPS concepts
• Excellent in Ruby, metaprogramming.
• Excellent knowledge of Rails 4.x+
• Experience in using Rails Engine.
• Full-stack web development expertise (HTML, Javascript, CSS/Less, React, Redux)
• Good experience with active accounts on Git, Github/Bitbucket, or similar SCM tools.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills [Client side, Server side, Database]
• Knowledge and skills in static code analysis and performance management tools [Client side, Server side, Database]
• Databases: Expert level skills in one or more of MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Exposure to Release, Build Management, Deployment steps, and methodologies.

Nice to have Skills:

• MongoDB, Redis, Memcached, RSpec, Enzyme, Jest
• Experience:2-4 year

We are looking for a seasoned full-stack developer(JavaScript) to build out and manage our Web and API infrastructure. Successful candidates will have a minimum of three years’ recent experience with all of the skills listed below.

Our project entails implementing our pre-approved UI, constructing our API, connecting the two, and setting up our cloud infrastructure. This includes all associated areas such as database and architecture design.

• Design and implementation of the overall web architecture
• “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface
• Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
• Design and construction of our REST API and integration with front-end
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment
• Write clean, great quality, scalable and maintainable code with thorough testing
• Troubleshoot, test and maintain the products and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality

At least two years’ experience with:

• Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on latest practices is a must, e.g., HTML5, CSS3, and ECMAScript 6 (minimum)
• A relevant experience in back-end programming with NodeJS
• A relevant experience in front-end programming with ReactJS
• Database design and management of MySQL and DynamoDB
• Cloud infra management and deployment for the relevant environment
• Ideally, familiarity with Sass and Webpack
• Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy
• Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficiency with Git
• Appreciation for clean and well documented code
• Knowledge of Serverless Framework and AWS Lambda is a plus.
