Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Invoicing Specialist with 4-6 years of hands-on experience in billing operations, invoice processing, accounts receivable, and billing research.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of customer invoicing, order entry, reviewing purchase orders and contracts, investigating billing discrepancies, and resolving customer billing disputes. The candidate will work closely with the Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and other internal teams to ensure accurate and timely billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, review, and process customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Handle end-to-end billing and invoicing activities.
• Review contracts, purchase orders (POs), and supporting documents to ensure billing accuracy.
• Perform billing research and investigate invoice discrepancies.
• Research and resolve customer billing inquiries, disputes, and payment-related discrepancies.
• Handle order entry and verify order details before processing invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable (AR) activities and follow up on outstanding invoices when required.
• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and internal departments to resolve billing issues.
• Ensure compliance with company billing policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Support month-end closing activities and other accounting-related tasks as required.
• Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience in Billing, Invoicing, or Accounts Receivable.
• Hands-on experience in customer invoice creation and processing.
• Strong understanding of billing operations and order entry processes.

Application Support Specialist - Maximo

Position summary:  A Maximo Application Support Specialist in Kyndryl, is a person who has good experience in providing application support and troubleshooting for the customer’s Maximo application and can understand customizations. Person will troubleshoot and resolve application incidents and service requests and work on minor enhancement. The responsibilities are as defined in role description and responsibilities section below.

Work experience: Overall 10+ years of relevant IT experience, with focus on application support and development across Maximo system. Out of that, 7+ years deep expertise in a support domain with required technical skills.

Role description

1.     Handles application support and potential project activities related to Maximo application as a subject matter expert.

2.     Ability to cross train others in the technical area(s) as to provide backup personnel when not available.

3.     Ability to learn other tech skills to maximize utilization and contribute to overall application support.

Responsibilities

The chosen candidate will take on the following responsibilities in the following areas.

o  Maximo Applications Support (Level 2 and 3)

o  Take knowledge transfer from existing integration Subject Matter Experts while improving documentation, processes and ways of working.

o  Engage with users to support Maximo incidents, requests and alarms based on Service Level Agreements while striving to provide high standards and quality of customer service.

o  Work with Third Party Vendors as necessary.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology and Data team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality data-driven solutions and applications across our enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in quality engineering, automated testing, and extensive experience in testing large-scale data systems, particularly in ETL processes and working with Azure Fabric and Google Cloud data platforms such as BigQuery and Google Cloud Data Pipelines.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for defining and implementing quality assurance processes, developing automated tests, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the overall quality of our technology and data platforms across multi-cloud environments (Azure and Google Cloud Platform).
