Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Create requirement documents and architecture design based on inputs from customer team
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and efficient fullstack applications using React and Node.js.
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs and integrate front-end and back-end components seamlessly.
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability by following industry best practices.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of fullstack developers.
• Provide technical guidance and code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
• Collaborate with DevOps team to manage CICD, and implement monitoring of the application to minimize downtimes

Required Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end development, including RESTful API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and server-side programming.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in fullstack development.
• Previous experience as a lead developer or in a similar leadership role.

Qualifications:

• M Tech/ B Tech/ BE/ MCA/ MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.

• The degree must be obtained through a regular on-campus program from a recognized university.

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer with 4-9 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong proficiency in Dot Net and MVC architecture.

• Experience with MySQL database management.

• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Skills: Java, spring, hibernate, AWS(mandatory), microservices architecture, redis(good to have)

Team Size: Current team size of tech team is 65+

Interview Process: 4 rounds( 1st round - Problem Solving/Data Structures, 2nd Round- Coding, 3rd Round- Technical Discussion and Final round with the HR).

Should build interactive consumer data from multiple systems and restfully abstract to the UI through a Node.js backend.
