Required Skills:

• Exp. - 4-7 years
• Experience in Core Java and Spring Boot.
• Extensive experience in developing enterprise-scale applications and systems. Should possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client- facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS.
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-performance server-side development.
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux.
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills.

• Should have the ability to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Requirements

• Design and implement a full-stack web application using Python Django framework and ReactJS.
• 1+ years of experience in building and deploying web applications.
• Experience in designing and using RESTful APIs.
• Basic knowledge in front-end technologies such as JavaScript, , ReactJS, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• Understanding of databases, SQL and non-relational, plus the Django ORM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience in web mark-up like HTML and CSS.
• Experience with data structure libraries.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• A knack for bench marking and optimization.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as NPM etc.
• Strong knowledge of Git version control.
• Experience deploying Python applications into production.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performance applications using Django framework in Python.
• Create and use the REST APIs for communicating with other apps.
• Assess and prioritize feature requests and work in Agile framework.
• Implementation of security and data protection algorithms.
• Integration of data storage solutions like databases, key-value stores, blob stores, S3 etc.
• Improve the functionality of existing systems and applications.
• High commitment to work and taking ownership of deliverables.
• Help to research and influence our path forward with strategic technology initiatives.

Requirement :

• Good knowledge of Java and Spring F/W (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring ORM, Spring Rest, Spring Cloud)
• Good knowledge of relational database design and query via both SQL and ORM (hibernate, spring data)
• Good knowledge of ElasticSearch or other document-oriented database
• Good knowledge of Microservice architecture, including REST API design
• Good knowledge of asynchronous data pipelines using Kafka or AWS SNS/SQS or similar modern messaging framework
• Good knowledge of AWS or other public cloud environment
• Hands-on experience with Redis Cache, Memcache or Ehcache
• Good knowledge of domain-driven design is a huge plus
• Web services & API standards (REST/OAuth/JSON)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with other senior engineers, and management, to achieve optimal application architecture and design
2. Develop efficient, secure applications, peer-review code, and document solutions within an agile-blended software environment
3. Communicate proactively with team members, infrastructure, security, and quality assurance to continuously improve processes and engineering excellence
4. Guide and train other developers in backend technology
5. Ability to work independently and as a member of a team spread over different time zones

Skills:

1. Understanding of object oriented programming skills and data structures
2. At least 6 years of hands-on development in Java, Springboot & Hibernate
3. Should have experience in Java Multithreading, microservices
4. Experience with developing web applications
5. Expertise with in Core Java (Collections, Exception handling)
6. Experience with J2ee( Servlets, JSPs)
7. Experience with all well known database technology and object-relational mapping, experience with databases (Mysql, Mssql)
8. Knowledge and development background in web-services/REST, AJAX, JSON, and XML
9. Experience with Windows and Linux based environments
10. Experience with Maven and GIT tools
11. Understanding of UI technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript libraries) would be a plus
12. Good to have – AWS experience and Fintech domain experience
13. Awareness of Jenkins will be a value add

What You'll Do:

• Understand the upcoming development requirement of product in depth.
• Design product architecture as per vision, insights and concurred direction.
• Design and develop the APIs using Java, Spring, and Hibernate required for the product and expose them to be used by the front-end developers.
• Design the database and tables in MySQL/PostGreSQL/NoSQL (whichever is suitable for the need of the product) and guide the team to utilize them in the best possible way.
• Get involved in continuous maintenance of the product and get the bugs fixed in time.
• Coordinate the workflow between the UX Designers and front-end developers.
• Work on integrating flows with external tools - Segment, Branch, Clevertap.

Ideal Profile:

• Proficiency in Core Java & Spring framework.
• Expertise in Web Service technologies.
• Experience in building the architecture as per the product’s need.
• Experience in building REST APIs using Java/Spring.
• Excellent knowledge in Databases and code integrations such as Postgres SQL, SQL Server, MySQL.
• Experience in full life cycle development of a product (specifically mobile products) is a plus.
• Experience with Java/Spring-Boot, Hibernate Cloud Services, AWS.
• Experience with security principles and frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token and OAuth2 - Familiarity with code versioning tools (primarily Git).
• Essential skills are Core Java/J2EE, functional aspects, Spring Framework, Tomcat, SVN, Git, Postman/Newman.
• Should have worked in Agile methodologies.
• Good object-oriented and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills along with the ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Requirements:

• Academic degree (BE / MCA) with 3-10 years of experience in back-end Development.
• Strong knowledge of OOPS concepts, Analyzing, Designing, Development and Unit testing
• Scala technologies, AKKA, REST Webservices, SOAP, Jackson JSON API, JUnit, Mockito, Maven
• Hands-on experience with Play framework
• Familiarity with Microservice Architecture
• Experience working with Apache Tomcat server or TomEE
• Experience working with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra), writing custom queries, procedures, and designing schemas.
• Good to have front end experience (JavaScript, Angular JS/ React JS)

• Strong Java software development experience – with a focus on Java 8 & 9
• Experience with NoSql databases – ideally with MongoDB
• Experience implementing REST apis – ideally with JAX-RS
• Experience with Reactive Programming – ideally with RxJava
