About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Developer with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in building scalable web applications. You will work closely with senior engineers and product teams to develop new features, improve system performance, and ensure high-

quality code delivery.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain full-stack applications.

- Implement clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

- Participate in code reviews and debugging.

- Work with REST APIs/GraphQL.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines.

- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative team environment.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.

- Experience with React.js, Next.js.

- Backend experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS.

- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.

- Experience with Git, APIs, debugging tools.ß

- Cloud familiarity (AWS/GCP/Azure).

AI and System Mindset

Experience working with AI-powered systems is a strong plus. Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI agents, third-party APIs, and automation workflows into applications, and should demonstrate curiosity and adaptability toward emerging AI technologies.

What You’ll Do

● AI/ML Development

○ Build AI-powered student learning insights using Graph Databases (Neo4j), FAISS,

Sentence Transformers, and OpenCV (ResNet-50).

○ Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reinforcement learning models to

personalize content and assessment.

○ Research and implement multi-modal generation (text, image, voice) for highly

personalized learning interactions.

○ Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT) to deliver contextual,

culturally relevant learning experiences.

● Backend & API Development

○ Architect and build scalable backend using Frappe, FastAPI, or Django.

○ Develop REST and GraphQL APIs to connect PAL with TAP’s LMS, Glific, and content

repositories.

○ Integrate Redis and Celery to manage background inference processes.

○ Connect with Glific APIs to power our AI-driven WhatsApp learning chatbot.

● Frontend & User Experience (Optional)

○ Develop a React.js-based student dashboard for real-time learning insights and content

delivery.

○ Collaborate closely with our UX team to ensure intuitive and accessible design.

● Cloud & Deployment (DevOps)

○ Deploy and scale models across cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure.

○ Implement CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Cypress.io) to ensure continuous delivery and testing.

○ Use Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized deployments.

● AI-Driven Security & Automation

○ Ensure data privacy and compliance by embedding AI-powered security checks.

○ Automate personalized content delivery through NLP chatbots and AI workflows.

• Very strong core Java/Spring developer
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Decent experience in implementing observability (monitoring/alerts) for Java apps
• Capable of working with scripting languages.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Building a website based on the given requirements and ensure it’s successfully deployed
• Responsible for designing, planning, and testing new web pages and site features
• A propensity for brainstorming and coming up with solutions to open-ended problems
• Work closely with other teams, and project managers, to understand all stakeholders’ requirements and ensure that all specifications and requirements are met in final development
• Troubleshoot and solve problems related to website functionality

• Responsible for creating, optimizing, and managing REST APIs
• Create website content and enhance website usability and visibility

• Stay up-to-date with technological advancements and the latest coding practices

• Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
• Design client-side and server-side architecture

EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT

• B.Tech. / BE / MS degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
• Should have prior working experience of at least 3 years as web developer or full stack developer
• Should have done projects in e-commerce or have preferably worked with companies operating in e-commerce
• Should have expert-level knowledge in implementing frontend technologies
• Should have worked in creating backend and have deep understanding of frameworks
• Experience in the complete product development life cycle
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JQuery, JSON, PHP, XML
• Proficiency in databases, including analytical (e.g., mySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Hive, Elastic etc.)
• Knowledge of architecting or implementing search APIs
• Great understanding of data modeling and RESTful APIs
• Strong knowledge of CS fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
• Excellent understanding of Microsoft office tools : excel, word, powerpoint etc.
