Job Description: Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Timings: 2 p.m – 11 p.m

Employment: Full-time (Hybrid)

Overview: We are hiring two exceptional India-based Lead Developers to work as core members of U.S. based Agile teams. These individuals will own the technical implementation of critical features across customer-facing and associate-facing applications. This is a hands-on technical role, with at least 50% of time spent actively writing code or performing engineering tasks, while also guiding the rest of the team in execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the senior technical contributor in a cross-border team focused on Loyalty, Mobile App, CRM, and Customer Pickup.

• Own software design, development, testing, and delivery for cloud-native microservices and web components.

• Lead and guide code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices across development.

• Work closely with American product, architecture, and Development Manager teams to break down epics, refine stories, and estimate work. • Mentor India-based junior developers and enforce engineering best practices in a collaborative, remote-first culture.

• Proactively communicate blockers, design decisions, and progress across global teams.

• Write clean, testable, scalable code with strong observability and resilience patterns.

• Integrate with Salesforce, internal APIs, SQL/NoSQL systems, and customer data platforms.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 8-10 years of hands-on development experience.

• Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, RESTful API development, SQL (PostgreSQL, SQL Server), and front-end frameworks (React/Angular). • Experience working within an Agile environment alongside U.S.-based product managers, development managers, and designers.

• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and unit/integration testing skills.

• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), containerization (Docker), and modern deployment patterns.

• Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving in a remote-first environment.

• Prior experience working in an offshore/onshore model is highly preferred. 

• Be responsible for the research, design, development, and deployment of all products and platforms
• Proficient full stack web developer with experience in building large-scale applications.
• Ensure that the platform remains secure, scalable, sustainable.
• Set the bar for the quality of code, software engineering practices, communication skills, dealing with complexity and ambiguity.
• Hire all technical roles

• Design and construction of platform with the best possible encryption and security mechanisms
• Compare different design options and take technology-driven design decision
• Define Data model/Information model
• Define services and convert functional requirements to design
• Define APIs and implement them
• Build front end based on user experience design
• Test and Debug as required
• Write Technical Documentation
• Optimize code and design for Performance
• Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment pipelines

Expected Qualifications and Key Skills

• Working experience in Spring, Spring-boot or equivalent, Hibernate or equivalent persistence framework.
• Working experience of No SQL databases such as MongoDB or equivalent
• Working experience of setting up Production environment including SSL certificates, logging, backup, archival, etc.
• Working experience of JavaScript frameworks such as React JS, JQuery, etc.
• Working experience of API gateways and Web services such as REST
• Working experience of using GIT
• Working experience of a dev-ops tool such as Jenkins
• Deployment experience on Azure/AWS
• Microservices design and development
• Excellent understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
• Understanding of OOP and Design Patterns
• Works well in a team setting
• Can multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, detail-oriented
• Good work ethic, including a sense of individual responsibility
• Comfortable working on changing requirements in a growing company
• Must be analytical, flexible, innovative, and self-motivated
• Experience with payment platforms and processors would be a plus

1. Experience of design and/or development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET MVC, APIs, AngularJs and/or Angular, Windows Forms and SQL Server in an n-tier architecture.
2. Strong background in object-oriented development techniques
3. Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, eg. SOA
4. Database design and development (Microsoft SQL Server)
5. Experience with APIs, Web Services, WCF and Service Oriented Architecture a plus
6. Experience with concurrent development source control (Git) and continuous integration.
7. Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Agile methodologies.

• 5-7 years of relevant product design, development and testing experience
• Strong technical skills in java springboot/MVC frameworks, reactjS. API development, Cloud native solutions like lambda, azure functions is good to have.
• Database – primarily Mongo DB, Knowledge of postgres /MySQL is good to have
• DevOps - Knowledge of DevOps will be good to have
• API - Preferred experience with one of API gateway platform (Apigee, Mulesoft, Kong, WSO2)
• Good communication skills, with an ability to express and understand complex technical concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience of working with globally distributed teams.

We are looking for a full-stack developer with  3+ years of experience in NodeJS and frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JS + ReactJS + VueJS

- Strong Coding Skills
- Experience building scalable products
- 3+ years of experience in NodeJS with an understanding of callbacks, async/await, promises,
  asynchronous functions, usage of third-party libraries, ExpressJS, PassportJS etc
- Good command over Data Structure, Algorithms
- Experience working with NoSQL & SQL Databases like Mysql, MongoDB, ElasticDB, Redis etc
- Good design skills
- The ability to produce bug-free and production-grade code
- Knowledge of Go, Docker and kuberneates is a plus.

About You:

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience in mobile app development. Must have done at least 4 projects in react native. In this position you’ll be working with technologies like React Native, Redux, RX Observables, Type Script etc.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Good mobile app development experience (3 years)

- Strong knowledge of React Native(2+ years)

- Strong Javascript knowledge

- Strong attention to detail in UX & interactions

- Familiar with different tools Sentry, Bitrise, Hockeyapp, ESLint

- Familiar with Javascript ES6/ES7
