
Job Description :
- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment)
- Experience building complex web application.
- Hands on experience with programming stacks like MEAN, MERN, LAMP
- Participate in software/product development from ideation to deployment and beyond.
- Should have good knowledge on build tools like Maven, NPM, NODEJS.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers; awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations
- Should have a good understanding of database concepts.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
- Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
- Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
- Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git, VSTS)
- Working knowledge of Agile/SCRUM development methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
- Working on Cloud[AWS/Azure] based environment is a huge plus
- Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.

Job Summary:
As a Software Engineer II at OpenGov, you'll build best-in-class SaaS solutions that enable efficiency, transparency, and accountability within government agencies. You'll be a key member of our engineering team, delivering new features and improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment using modern technologies, including ReactJS, Javascript, GraphQL, and NodeJS.

Strong collaboration skills with the product, UX, and platform engineers coupled with the ability to execute quickly will enable your success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality software with minimum supervision
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements and Preferred Experience:
- BA/BS in a computer-science-related discipline or equivalent experience required
- 3+ years of professional experience in developing cloud native applications.
- Proficiency in Java or C++ or C# or equivalent program language is required.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, ReactJS, and NodeJS is required
- Proficiency in data structures, database concepts, algorithms and observability is required
- Working knowledge of event-driven architecture and Kafka preferred
- Working knowledge of ElasticSearch/OpenSearch preferred

First 2 months

1.Responsible for web development and control, Monitoring, Configuration, IIS, Drives, Usage, Timer Jobs etc.
2. Should take care server maintenance, Firewall and file system, troubleshooting, Server migration, Server failover & fallback.
3. Perform administrative activities such as site creation, page/library creation, site permission, user issue resolution, monitoring of SharePoint and SharePoint server logs, activities, events, and assets.
4. Troubleshoot SharePoint application issues, perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose SharePoint problems.
5. Work on Service tickets as assigned within the designated SLA boundaries. Supporting SharePoint infrastructure and application in 24x7 mode.
6. Review and monitor usage and health reports.

Requirements
