Summary :

We are looking for a Python AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models on Microsoft Azure.

🔧 Responsibilities :

• Build and deploy ML models using Azure ML.
• Develop scalable Python applications with cloud-first design.
• Create data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Blob Storage & Databricks.
• Optimize performance, fix bugs, and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver intelligent features.

✅ Requirements :

• 3+ Years of software development experience.
• Strong Python skills; experience with scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on with Azure ML, Data Factory, Blob Storage.
• Familiarity with Git, REST APIs, Docker.

 Maintaining harmonious relations, handling grievances, conducting disciplinary actions, and managing union negotiations (LTS/Long Term Settlement).

Ensuring adherence to labor laws, managing PF/ESIC, Factories Act compliance, and liaising with labor inspectors.

Supervising canteen services, worker transportation, worker hostel management, and uniform/ID card issuance.

 Implementing performance appraisals, and conducting training programs on safety, skill development, and productivity enhancement.

BULK MANPOWER SOURCING POTENTIAL REQUIRED

5-10+ years in a manufacturing/textile environment, preferably with unionized labor experience.

 Local language proficiency (Tamil ) is mandatory.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and professionalism.

Meeting with active dealers, new customers conveying the right information with effective speech and personality.

·         Experience in using version controls such as GIT, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery

·         1-2 year of experience in Angular 2/4/5/6/7/8/9/10/11/12, Typescript, JavaScript, and Bootstrap with Restful API’s is a plus

·         Good to have experience in testing and debugging new programs using
