Job Title : Lead Blockchain Developer

Job Summary :

We’re seeking a Lead Blockchain Developer with 5+ Years of experience in building scalable, decentralized applications. The ideal candidate has expertise in Rust, Golang, Solidity, and Node.js, with hands-on experience in Geth, Docker, and blockchain infrastructure.

Mandatory Skills : Rust, Golang, Solidity, Node.js, Geth, Docker, Ethereum architecture, Smart Contracts, Blockchain Protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and develop core blockchain protocols and infrastructure.
• Build and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity.
• Develop tools/services for Ethereum and related networks.
• Work on performant node-level development using Rust and Golang.
• Build APIs and backend services in Node.js.
• Manage containerized environments using Docker.
• Collaborate on system architecture and conduct code reviews.
• Stay updated on blockchain trends and implement best practices.

Key Requirements :

• Strong skills in Rust, Golang, Solidity, Node.js.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, Geth, and blockchain concepts.
• Experience with Docker, API development, and smart contract security.
• Knowledge of consensus algorithms, cryptography, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor's/Master’s in CS or related field.
• Prior contributions to open-source or Web3 projects.

• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
• Write, test, and release world-class, production-ready code
• Ensure that the data needs of the UI are fulfilled with efficient database queries
• Ensure compliance with software engineering standards and processes defined at Simform.
• Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web enabled devices and browsers

• Solid hands-on experience with ReactJS frontend development with modern practices. 
• HTML5, JavaScript, ES6, and TypeScript expertise
• Experience with   React .js / D3.js / GraphQL is a plus
• Proficiency with CSS3, Sass, and Mixins - knowledge of GSAP would be a plus
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs integration 
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Bower, Gulp etc. 
• Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, Github, Bitbucket

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle multiple products/modules simultaneously, lead the team in development and support
• Lead development teams
• Daily updates to customers and Product Managers/Delivery Managers
• Participate in design discussions
• Design and Architect small modules
• Effort estimations for modules, subsystems or use cases.
• Learn new skills and mentor the new team members
• Champion best practices within the team, including code reviews
  
  

Work Experience & Skills:

• B.E/B.Tech or any relevant Masters degree from reputed college.
• Strong 5+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Spring IOC, Spring Annotations, Spring JDBC, Jquery, Java script, HTML 5 and CSS
• Strong experience in Postgres or any SQL technology
• Experience with working on Tomcat, Apache, JBoss or any similar application server
• Should have 3+ years of experience in leading team.
• Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services.
• Experience in working on Agile methodology using Scrum and sprints
• Experience in using build tools, Maven, GIT, Bugzilla or similar tools.
• Experience in cloud technologies, Microservices and frameworks such as AWS or GPC, container technologies like Docker is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to new development environments, changing business requirements and learning new systems highly desired
• Experience in Microservices, SpringBoot and Angular is a plus.
• Experience with tuning deployed applications for scalability and performance.
• Good knowledge of deployment and scripting on Linux/Unix servers
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills

**Responsibilities**

1. Active management right from the initial stage till the end of the product life cycle to deliver high-quality products.
2. Write, prioritize requirements, manage and facilitate the product development lifecycle from inception to release.
3. Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.
4. Lead the product strategy through to development and deployment, working with leaders in business from sales, marketing, operations, and development.
5. Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, work with all the departments to execute.
6. Analyze potential partner relationships for the product.
7. Work with an engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.
8. Discover products as per customer need with current marketing trends.
9. Work with the marketing team to identify the requirements from the sales and create product requirement documents.
10. Interact with clients and the technology team.
11. Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.
