Fullstack Developer

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer & Architect with extensive hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will hold multiple Microsoft certifications—including PL‑600 (Power Platform Solution Architect)—and demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and solution‑thinking abilities.

This role requires deep expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, and Microsoft 365/Azure integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance business applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead end‑to‑end architecture and solution design for Power Platform–based applications.
• Define technical standards, integration patterns, governance, and best practices.
• Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.

Development & Implementation

• Develop canvas and model-driven apps, custom connectors, Power Automate workflows, and Power Virtual Agents.
• Work with Dataverse, SharePoint, SQL, and third‑party APIs for data integration.
• Implement automation, process optimization, and business rule logic using Power Platform tools.

Governance, Security & ALM

• Establish and manage Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) frameworks.
• Apply Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using Azure DevOps or GitHub.
• Ensure compliance, data security, DLP policies, and environment management.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with business leaders, SMEs, project managers, and developers.
• Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and user training.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and effective manner.

Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft cloud capabilities.
• Recommend platform enhancements to improve efficiency and performance.
• Guide junior developers and provide architectural mentorship.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

In-depth experience with:

• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
• Power Automate
• Power BI
• Dataverse & CDS
• Power Pages (preferred)
• Azure Logic Apps, Functions, API Management
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Experience with automation, RPA, and connectors.

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

• PL‑600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect (Required)
• Additional certifications such as:
• PL‑100, PL‑200, PL‑400
• AZ‑900, AZ‑204, AZ‑305
• MS‑600 or related Microsoft 365 certifications

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking, and decision‑making abilities.
• Leadership experience in guiding technical teams and driving solution strategy.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Background in software development (C#, JavaScript, TypeScript is a plus).
• Knowledge of data architecture and cloud security best practices.

• Passion for learning, ownership, and building great software.

Seeking passionate and senior software engineers having 5+ years of experience in Ruby on Rails.

You are a full-stack engineer with an innate passion for writing elegant, idiomatic & pragmatic code.

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills. And you enjoy collaborating with others
• 5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails or other Ruby frameworks
• Sound knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns
• Strong knowledge of relational database concepts, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.
• Working knowledge of Javascript, DOM, CSS, HTML
• Strong experience with Git versioning system, PR review process, and Code quality metrics
• You understand the importance of concepts like "Test Driven Development" and utilize them to bring more stability & predictability in applications. We are a heavy user of RSpec, Unit Testing, Continuous Integration (CI) & Continuous Deployments (CD)

• Experience with modern Javascript libraries, frameworks & its ecosystem will be a huge plus. Example: React.js / Ember.js / Angular.js / Vue.js etc.
• Working knowledge or understanding of the SaaS ecosystem will be a plus
• Experience with Micro-service Architecture, Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), GraphQL, and REST APIs will be a huge plus
• Knowledge of Sidekiq, Redis, Solr, Heroku, AWS will be a huge plus
• Experience working with Payment Gateways like Chargify, or Stripe will be a plus

Requirements:

- Knowledge of digital ad tech ecosystem

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a professional environment on full-stack development

- Proven expertise in creating and developing scalable enterprise or B2C web applications

- Experience in REST API development and MVC/MVVM development methodologies

- Deep understanding of the underlying architecture of web servers, load balancing, and browser nuances. Basically, a solid understanding of fundamentals - including execution models, asynchronous programming, object-oriented concepts, relational concepts, etc.

- Proficiency in one or more of Node.js/MEAN stack, Python, Java or other frameworks and willing to be flexible on stack as per the requirement of the project. Most of our current development is on the MEAN stack - expertise in the stack will be a definite plus

- Proficiency in one or more of databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra or other equivalent databases and willing to be flexible as per the requirement of the project. Most of our current development is on MongoDB and MySQL - expertise in these will be a definite plus

- Good understanding of developer tools and devops such as Git, Ansible, cloud platforms such as AWS, Docker, etc.
