The Role:

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at PyjamaHR, you'll build the applications and interfaces that bring our AI capabilities to life. This isn't about training models—it's about implementing, integrating, and optimizing Generative AI within robust full-stack applications. You'll work across our entire technology ecosystem to create seamless experiences that leverage AI to solve real recruitment challenges. Who We're Looking For:

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience building production applications
• Experience implementing and integrating Generative AI into web applications
• Expertise with either Django/React or Node.js/React technology stacks
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS acceptable)
• Proven ability to build performant, scalable web applications
• Excellence in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles

Position Overview: 

We are searching for an experienced Senior MERN Stack Developer to lead our development

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Senior MERN Stack Developer.

• Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

• Strong proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI, etc.

• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

• Knowledge of database design and management, including both SQL and NoSQL 

databases.

We are looking for MERN Stack Interns to join our team and help us build and maintain high-performance web applications. As a MERN stack developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, and Node.js).

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop web applications using the MERN stack
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the application
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
