Business Analyst Business Analyst at PopcornApps is focused on customer business process understanding for the enterprise software solutions developed at PopcornApps. This role serves as a facilitator for all areas related to Business Process understanding and its communication through written and verbal medium. Business Analyst ensures communication of project requirements to the technical development team.     Candidate Profile:     3+ Years Experience. The candidate can be a project lead or an individual contributor in information technology domain with good exposure to client facing communication and documentation. It is desirable that she or he should have directly managed clients and have supervised a Development, Service Ops or QA team for IT software projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of English usage, grammar in the context of technical documentation.    Skills & Qualifications:    A BTech., MCA or BCA . MBA in Information Technology is desirable. The candidate can also be a Bachelor or Masters in English Literature with experience in Software documentation.  Must have knowledge of Software Development & Project Management fundamentals (e.g. PMI or equivalent), Software Quality and Software Process.   A related experience of 3+ years in IT Software & Services industry.   Must be skilled hands-on with Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is a must. MS Project and Open Office are good to have   Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM or PMP from PMI) shall be a plus.   Primary Job Functions:  Understands the customer processes and requirements. Provides comprehensive documentation as per the existing communication guidelines, in order to ensure that the project requirements clearly communicated to the development team.    Collaborates with teams in different time-zones to ensure requirements are understood.  Develop project schedules and plans as per the estimates provided by the other stakeholders, and be responsible for their implementation and success of projects as per the requirements & strategic guidelines.  Reports to Project Manager. Depending on the project managers’ requirements; the business analyst has to assist in business solutions research, data gathering & analysis.

1) Closely work with the instructional design department to design new content for the learning platform
2) Develop content collateral like blogs, research papers, student content and technical documents for internal use

Security Content Developer * As a security content author, this role involves hands on security and compliance stuff. Prior experience with security tools (exploit development, port scanner and so on), scanner (OVAL, SCAP, Nessus, OpenVAS) would be a plus. As a member of security content team, you will be asked to develop and manage the security content, assume the full responsibility towards handling the content quality for the cloud services, with your value added knowledge that comes from your prior experience. You'll be asked to adhere to Redlock standards and procedures while developing the content. * Well known exposure to common vulnerabilities and knowledge on vulnerability common standards such as CVE, CVSS and CCE. * Expertise in authoring/mapping content for various security compliance standards both including regulatory (PCI, HIPAA, SoC2, SoC3, GDPR so on) and standard compliance frameworks such as NIST-800-53, CIS and so on is a must. * This role requires that, you've prior experience and hands on cloud services AWS, Azure and GCP (one of the 3 at least). * Expertise towards remediation of vulnerabilities or compliance (misconfiguration alerts), both via procedural and CLI methods.
