Roles and responsibilities
Assembling, arranging, and getting ready papers, materials, and data for data input.
Doing research to gather data for missing papers and materials.
Converting paper or voice recordings into digital documents.
Checking the accuracy of all documents and information, and notifying the supervisor of any mistakes or discrepancies.
Establishing frequent backups and digital databases to store data.
Maintaining databases, archives, and filing systems up to date.
Database monitoring, review, and error or consistency correction.
Creating and exporting spreadsheets, documents, and data reports as necessary.
Completing administrative activities such as filing, monitoring office supplies, scanning, and printing as required.

Job description:
1. Lead the Technical and Regulatory documentation for smooth operations.
2. Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of COA, TDS, MSDS and other related technical documents.
3. Maintain a real-time database of Products & Suppliers with corresponding technical documents.
4. Mentor and guide the documentation team on writing practices and processes
5. Bring in strong Chemistry knowledge and support the demand and supply team with suitable inputs on specifications.

About the Role
Energy Exemplar is the leader in energy market/system simulation software, with its two platforms: PLEXOS and AURORA. These software platforms have a significant presence in global markets.
The Lead Knowledge Analyst will ensure the quality of the Help Center and implement best-in-class content in all media formats. This role will also work to establish processes and collaboration for identifying, creating, reviewing, publishing, and updating documentation for all products. This role is a mix of technical communication and energy modeling. Ideal for someone who loves both.
Responsibilities:
- Be the technical lead for a team of technical writers
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to determine documentation needs
- Write and edit online help, release notes, and other technical documentation
- Prepare technical graphics and animations
- Research and evaluate new content development tools and methods to improve documentation effectiveness
- Maintain documentation standards and keep current on industry trends.
- Provide input on product requirements and usability
- Determine the types of publications needed for each product
- May test software for accuracy and report findings
- Collaborate with the regions to organize and expand the global university program content offerings
Qualifications, Skills & Experiences
- 5+ years of experience

Education:
- A tertiary degree in Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, or a similar degree.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of SaaS products and experience troubleshooting issues with Cloud offerings
- Demonstrated capability of effectively communicating complex ideas and analysis verbally, in document format (Word), and in presentation format (PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
