Job Summary We are currently seeking a highly skilled technical writer to join our growing organization. In this position, you will create easy-to-understand user content and product documentation to increase product clarity, performance, and usability. A strong knowledge base and ability to work cooperatively with other teams are a must. Responsibilities Work with internal teams to understand product documentation requirements Create strong content that fulfils company standards and audience goals, including User Guides for non-technical users and API documentation for technical users. Write straight-forward user tutorials and interface text Utilize a variety of media forms; include graphs, images and charts Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary Works with sales and marketing colleagues to ensure that the finished documentation meets product requirements Revises, edits, or updates instructions, technical information, and frequently asked questions as necessary Creates, adapts, and follows project schedules and deadlines Remains up-to-date on technological and product developments as well as universal specifications relevant to the industry Technical Writer Requirements and Qualifications B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred Experience of 5-10 years in technical writing of software documentation Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite  Familiarity of software development processes/operations, and terminology used within software development. Excellent English-language verbal and written communication skills

Security Content Developer * As a security content author, this role involves hands on security and compliance stuff. Prior experience with security tools (exploit development, port scanner and so on), scanner (OVAL, SCAP, Nessus, OpenVAS) would be a plus. As a member of security content team, you will be asked to develop and manage the security content, assume the full responsibility towards handling the content quality for the cloud services, with your value added knowledge that comes from your prior experience. You'll be asked to adhere to Redlock standards and procedures while developing the content. * Well known exposure to common vulnerabilities and knowledge on vulnerability common standards such as CVE, CVSS and CCE. * Expertise in authoring/mapping content for various security compliance standards both including regulatory (PCI, HIPAA, SoC2, SoC3, GDPR so on) and standard compliance frameworks such as NIST-800-53, CIS and so on is a must. * This role requires that, you've prior experience and hands on cloud services AWS, Azure and GCP (one of the 3 at least). * Expertise towards remediation of vulnerabilities or compliance (misconfiguration alerts), both via procedural and CLI methods.

Job Description: ​Writing various Technical/Non-Technical documents as required by the different departments (Documents like Product Brochures, User manuals, Installation manuals,​ ​web-site documentation etc​. ​Meeting with various departments (Sales / Design / Development / Quality etc.) to discuss the document requirements and gathering data to be included in the documents. ​Researching about the documents from existing sources from internet/books etc.​​ Responsibilities: Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities Create and maintain the information architecture Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications. Requirements: Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point etc.), Ketnotes etc. Excellent written skills in English and strong command on communication skill. Good analytical skills. Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development Preference of Educational background: Bachelor’s degree from any worldwide reputed institute University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred. Related professional courses would be an advantage. Preference of Professional background: Experience on end user product documentation would be an advantage.
