What we're looking for

Hanomi builds software that automatically generates 2D engineering drawings from 3D CAD models. We've raised venture funding, have paying manufacturing customers across India and internationally, and just shipped drawing automation to production. We're a team of 8 engineers moving fast toward scaling this to thousands of drawings per day. You'll work on real parts that go to real factory floors - where a wrong dimension means a scrapped part and a missed shipment. We're looking for a person to lead engineering execution. This role is on-site at our Bengaluru office.

You'll work directly with our CTO to turn product priorities into shipped software. This isn't a management-from-a-distance role - you'll plan sprints and hold people accountable, but you'll also roll up your sleeves to debug, brainstorm algorithmic approaches, and review PRs with enough depth to catch when something doesn't fit.

Engineering Lead:
