Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field

Development experience with programming languages

Hands on knowledge of dart would be great

Hands on knowledge of flutter would be great

Experience with the BLOC design pattern would be a big plus

Working knowledge of API integration

Experience with Flutter 2.0 for building both web and mobile applications would be a big plus

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly, robust, and scalable Flutter/Android/iOS applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to understand requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Implement clean and efficient code following best practices, coding standards, and design patterns specific to mobile development.
• Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and stability of the applications by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
• Integrate RESTful APIs to fetch and send data from/to the backend servers.
• Work with SQLite or other database technologies to implement data persistence in mobile applications.
• Implement effective UI/UX designs following Material Design guidelines to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement solutions to improve application performance, maintainability, and user engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile development and share knowledge with the team.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by users or clients, providing timely and effective solutions.

Job Description: 

• Work closely with various people and teams throughout the entire app development cycle (concept, design, build, deploy & test) in an agile environment.
• Design and build applications for the Android & iOS platform using Flutter.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
• Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards.
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools like Git.
• Maintain and update the existing mobile app.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate or Post-graduate Engineer in CSE/IT/EE or allied field with 5+ years of relevant mobile app development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Flutter is a must.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect apps to back-end services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, decision-making and technical ability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Building smooth UIs and designing responsive screens across both mobile platforms.
• Leveraging native APIs for deep integrations with both platforms.
• Diagnosing and fixing bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Reaching out to the open source communities to encourage and help implement mission - critical software fixes (React Native updates frequently and dependent libraries might break).

Skills Required:  

• Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle
• Understanding of REST APIs and offline storage
• Experience with unit testing and integration testing
• Experience with Cl/CD and version control (i.e., GitHub) highly valued 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar
• Strong communication skills: you possess the ability to communicate complex problems in a simple and effective way
• Have worked in an agile and fast-paced environment (ideally at an e - commerce or logistics company)

• 0-2 years of software experience in front-end mobile/web app development
• Good understanding of concurrency and multithreading
• Full Stack development experience building data, logic tier and user experience software
• Exposure to Android SDK (experience in AndroidTV framework will be a plus)
• Knowledge of REST, JSON, MQTT, Databases, Networking technologies
• React | React Native, Multi-platform exposure is a plus
• Experience with Agile development processes is a plus

• Manage high-level architecture and design data flows in the Android and iOS app in (Dart, Flutter framework)
• Add new features and automate functionalities in backend hosted on Firebase (Typescript, ReactJS framework)
• Setup Marketing and Analytics tools in the app to get relevant daily usage insights and target users in different campaigns. (3rd party tools, Mixpanel)
• Experiment with the live data stream from wearable IoT devices to generate insights using ML models in production.
• Deploying ML models in production to be used inside the app community section.
