Job Description:
We’re looking for a Full Stack developer who will take a key role on our team. Our Full Stack developer must have knowledge in all stages of software development. You’ll be working alongside other engineers and developers, collaborating on the various layers of the infrastructure for our platform
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Quick Learner and good at problem solving
- 2 - 5 years of experience in developing backend and frontend applications
- Good understanding and strong in data structures and algorithms
- Design overall architecture of application including frontend and backend.
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness of applications.
- Developing front end website architecture.
- Developing back-end website applications including designing and developing APIs.
- Creating servers and databases for functionality.
- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.
- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.
- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.
- Seeing through a project from conception to finished product.
- Staying abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features.
- Maintain code integrity and organization.
- Understanding and implementation of security and data protection.
- Highly experienced with back-end programming languages (Ex: Python, Java, JavaScript etc)
- Proficient experience using (Ex: advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as ReactJS, AngularJS etc.).
- Experience with cloud message APIs and usage of push notifications at large scale.
- Knowledge of code versioning tools such at Git
- Good to have experience in MERN

JavaRoles and Responsibilities
To build cross-platform mobile apps for Android, IOS, and Web. This should include making responsive UIs to efficiently query data and also manage states in an optimized manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Deep experience contributing to and managing high-scale production mobile apps. You must have previous experience in Flutter development.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- 2-5 years working as a full-time professional developer (Mobile) and 2 Years in a flutter is must
- Experience building a complex mobile applications, flutter would be advantage
- Good to have if it's on the Play Store/App Store or any other demo
- Willing to work with cross-platform frameworks
- Willing to learn and work on different mobile platforms frameworks when needed.
- Familiar with REST Api's, websockets in mobile integration.
- Working with a version control system (i.e., Git)
- Good communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Team worker.
- Very comfortable learning new technologies, tools, and platforms.
- Highly motivated.
- Initiative and passionate.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

In 2017, like any other college kids straight out of college, we also wanted to start something of our own, build our own Startup. We had tons of ideas but couldn't find the right set of folks with whom we can discuss our thoughts.
We messaged people on LinkedIn and Facebook but no one gave us any "BHAV". We became part of various startup communities but all of them were filled with people spamming and selling their stuff.
Out of frustration, we decided to start our own community where entrepreneurs can share and discuss around their startup ideas, which is famously known as Pushstart as of today.
We worked on Pushstart for 3 years, scaled it to 22k+ monthly active entrepreneurs across India, 100k+ monthly conversations, and a decent revenue to sustain a full-time team of 10 folks
While we scaled Pushstart, we realized that every person is unique and has a plethora of problems and interests which can't be catered via one single community.
That's when we started building niche communities but soon we realized that if we want to target the 7 Billion people out there, we can't be the only ones creating communities.We need to empower millions of other community builders so that they can build niche communities.
And that's how the idea of Troopod came into existence
Troopod is a mobile-first platform that empowers community builders to efficiently set up and manage purpose-driven communities. We call it "Slack for Communities"
