Job Summary:

The Admission Counselor is responsible for guiding prospective students through the admissions process, providing accurate information about programs, and helping them make informed decisions about their education. The role involves student engagement, counseling, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students via phone, email, chat, and in-person meetings
• Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into enrollments
• Maintain and update student records in CRM systems
• Assist students with the application and documentation process
• Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets
• Conduct campus tours and information sessions (if applicable)
• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams for outreach activities
• Participate in education fairs, webinars, and promotional events

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Master’s preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle objections and close enrollments
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office

We're Hiring for Golang Developer (2–4 years experience)

We are looking for a Golang Developer with strong experience in backend development, microservices, and system-level programming. The role involves contributing to high-performance trading systems, low-latency architecture, and scalable backend solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Golang

• Build scalable, secure and high-performance microservices

• Work with REST APIs, WebSockets, message queues and distributed systems

• Collaborate with DevOps, frontend and product teams for smooth delivery

• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability

Skills & Experience Required

• 2–4 years of experience in Golang development

• Strong fundamentals in data structures, concurrency and networking

• Experience with MySQL/Redis/Kafka or similar technologies

Accounting and Compliances

• Responsible for day to day accounting function of the organization 
• Responsible for monthly/ yearly book closing
• Responsible for all statutory compliances including TDS, RBI, MCA etc.

Lender Management

• Accurately calculating the billing amounts 
• Managing the invoicing & collection process

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Responsible for the weekly/monthly MIS Reporting – internal as well as investor reporting 
• Analysing the variances from the forecasted numbers

Taxation

• Managing the Corporate taxes including the tax audit
• Managing in the Indirect taxes including Goods and Service Tax

Treasury

• Monitoring the day-to-day cash and bank movements to calculate the free cash flows

• Minimum 4 years’ experience developing Node.js applications on top of RESTful APIs.
• Experience building single page applications using JavaScript frameworks and libraries (React)
• Experience with cross-browser, cross-platform and design constraints on the web.
• Experience with test automation: TDD, unit/integration/functional testing.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts.

Job Description :

9 to 12 years' experience in software engineering

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline

• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience in web technologies including one or more of the following: React, Angular, Node, D3 (Java API's Javascript etc.), AJAX, CSS
• Worked with authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, SSL etc.
