Job Title: Sales Executive (1 Yrs Exp) – Enterprise AI Software Pre-Sales

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive with 1+ years of experience in B2B IT/Tech/AI/AI Solutions sales and pre-sales activities. This is a remote role with company-provided leads. The candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise AI software sales, conducting solution presentations, and collaborating with technical teams to craft client-focused proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive B2B enterprise pre sales for AI and solutions, managing the end-to-end sales and pre-sales cycle.

• Engage with potential clients (company-provided leads) to understand business pain points and propose AI-driven software solutions.

• Lead pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, solution presentations, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept (POC) design.

• Collaborate with the AI and technical teams to design custom solutions and respond to RFPs/RFIs.

• Prepare business and technical proposals, pricing models, and solution roadmaps.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in enterprise accounts.

• Track, manage, and report pipeline and pre-sales activities using CRM tools.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly B2B sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in B2B IT/Tech/AI/Solution sales and pre-sales.

• Proven track record in solution selling or enterprise-level software sales.

• Solid understanding of AI, Solution development , or cloud-based solutions and their business applications.

• Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.

• Experience with consultative and solution-oriented sales for mid to enterprise clients.

• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales automation.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision and Leadership:

Lead the creation and execution of a long-term data strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and goals.

Proven ability to build and maintain complex data pipelines that integrate data from diverse sources, transform it into usable formats, and load it into target systems.

Deep understanding of data quality and cleansing techniques to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data across the organization.

Data Governance and Quality:

Establish and enforce a comprehensive data governance framework ensuring data integrity, consistency, and security.

Develop and implement data quality standards and processes for continuous data improvement.

Oversee the implementation of master data management and data lineage initiatives.

Collaboration and Mentorship:

Mentor and guide data teams, including architects, engineers, and analysts, on data architecture principles and best practices.

Foster a collaborative environment where data insights are readily shared and acted upon across the organization.

Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand and translate their data needs into actionable solutions.

Qualifications:

Education: master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; Ph.D. preferred.

Experience: 25+ years of experience in data architecture and design, with 10+ years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

Deep understanding of TOGAF, AWS, MDM, EDW, Hadoop ecosystem (MapReduce, Hive, HBase, Pig, Flume, Scoop), cloud data platforms (Azure Synapse, Google Big Query), modern data pipelines, streaming analytics, data governance frameworks.

Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, SQL), scripting languages (Bash, Python), data modelling tools (ER diagramming software), and BI tools.

Extensive expertise in ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, IBM DataStage, Microsoft SSIS, Apache Airflow)

Familiarity with emerging data technologies (AI/ML, blockchain), data security and compliance frameworks.

 Supervise customer service team, including coaching, training and daily assignments of

customer service agents; responsible for providing feedback of the agents to the agency

and for course corrections

 Liaise with customer service agency project manager, ensuring efficient communication

channels are put in place between Mobile App team and customer agency. 

 Develop policies and procedures. Prepare a playbook that customer service agents follow to

resolve customer inquiries, including workflows and SOPs. Policies and procedures must

balance satisfying customer needs and supporting the goals of the organization. This would

include constant review and revision as customer needs change and the business evolves.

 Ensure that customer service agents are equipped with an up-to-date repository of responses.

 Respond to customer queries, as needed.

 Responsible for configuring and managing HubSpot dashboard, with the goal to fulfill data &

analytics requirements from different stakeholders.

 Lead/Facilitate meetings with different stakeholders at regular intervals to ensure relevant data

is being effectively communicated to the various departments as needed. 

 Serve as point person for product team to provide future enhancements, bug fixes etc /

back communication from stakeholders. Be the voice of the customer advocating for

changes most requested/needed.

Required Skills:

● Expert in Python, with knowledge of at least Django (More web frameworks are a plus)

● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries

● Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture

● Good understanding of server-side templating languages (such as Jinja 2, Mako, etc depending on your technology stack)

● Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 (is a plus)

● Understanding of accessibility and security compliance

● Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments

● Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
