Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect – Denodo to lead the design and implementation of data virtualization solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our data architecture aligns with strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Denodo, strong technical leadership, and a passion for driving data-driven decisions.

Mandatory Skills : Denodo, Data Virtualization, Data Architecture, SQL, Data Modeling, ETL, Data Integration, Performance Optimization, Communication Skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and design scalable data virtualization solutions using Denodo.
• Collaborate with business analysts and engineering teams to understand requirements and define technical specifications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in data governance, performance, and security.
• Integrate Denodo with diverse data sources and optimize system performance.
• Mentor and train team members on Denodo platform capabilities.
• Lead tool evaluations and recommend suitable data integration technologies.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in data virtualization and integration.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 10+ Years of experience in data architecture and integration.
• Proven expertise in Denodo and data virtualization frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with ETL processes and data integration tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.
• Denodo or data architecture certifications are a strong plus.

 Senior Technical Consultant (Polyglot)

Experience- 5-9 Years

This is a Backend-heavy Polyglot developer role - 80% Backend 20% Frontend

Backend 

1. 1st Primary Language - Java or Python or Go Or ROR or Rust 
2. 2nd Primary Language - one of the above or Node

The candidate should be experienced in atleast 2 backend tech stacks.

Frontend 

1. React or Angular 
2. HTML, CSS

The interview process would be quite complex and require depth of experience. The candidate should be hands-on in backend and frontend development (80-20)

The candidate should have experience with Unit testing, CI/CD, devops etc.

Good Communication skills is a must have.

Receptionist & Admin Executive

Working Days: Tuesday–Sunday (Monday off)

Overview:

The Receptionist & Admin Executive will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience while supporting day-to-day administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist clients and visitors courteously.
• Manage calls, emails, and front-desk inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
• Coordinate couriers, deliveries, and office supplies.
• Support HR/Admin with documentation, scheduling, and vendor coordination.
• Assist with meeting arrangements, interviews, and office events.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English (Kannada a plus).
• Presentable, polite, and professional demeanor.
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office; prior front-office/admin experience preferred.

We are Looking for a Sales lead who will be closely working with the Founding team. Role will include mapping and planning the revenue and P&L; goals for the business unit and responsible for driving revenue and growth for the company's primary product line. Who has worked in B2B sales profiles for banks and financial institutions or experience of sales in Fintech Companies.

Requirements:

• Institutional Banking, Digital Solutions and TASC Accounts 

• Preferably managed digital Banking and CRM applications for Banks.

• Handling and canvasing of Government accounts, School accounts and TASC (Trust, Association, Society and Club) accounts. 

• Implementation of Digital products like IPG, VAN, UPI POS, POS, Corporate Banking in various institutions and corporate accounts.

Responsibilities:

· Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.

· Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadline

· Identify new business opportunities and partners

· Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients

· Deepening existing partnerships for higher volume / market share

· Achieve assigned Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferable)

· 8-10 years of product / service selling experience to banks & finical services companies
