Your job as a business development manager is to identify sales leads, pitch our product to new clients and onboard them, and maintain a good working relationship with new contacts/schools. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.

1. Meeting schools and onboarding them
2. Creating and managing top level sales funnel and generate leads
3. Organize and coordinate operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
4. Managing customer and channel affiliated relationship with client
5. Conducting demos and presentation of the product
6. Monitor sales, marketing & operational activities; implement strategies to maximise channel sales & collections as well as smooth operations.
7. Review your own sales performance, aim to meet or exceed targets
8. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on the same

Why you?

1. 5 + years experience in a sales role with schools, preferably in edtech and having a client base ( having direct relationship with the school management) of around 100-150 schools in their region.
2. B.tech/MBA degree.

●    Overall 8+ Years of Experience in Web Application development.

●    5+ Years of development experience with JAVA8 , Springboot, Microservices and middleware

●    3+ Years of Designing Middleware using Node JS platform.

●    good to have 2+ Years of Experience in using NodeJS along with AWS Serverless platform.

●    Good Experience with Javascript / TypeScript, Event Loops, ExpressJS, GraphQL, SQL DB (MySQLDB), NoSQL DB(MongoDB) and YAML templates.

●    Good Experience with TDD Driven Development and Automated Unit Testing.

●    Good Experience with exposing and consuming Rest APIs in Java 8, Springboot platform and Swagger API contracts.

This company is entire new but I have been working on my own project from last 8 years . 

Well here our  target is to finish at least 90 e-commerce websites a month .... as per the calculation one  should be able to finish one site within 3 days ( mainly on woo commerce) 

( we already have more work than we can finish for next 3 years) which makes us pretty stable as most of the new company .

So there are 2 categories of web designer we are looking for 

1. Salary range - 15k - 20 k (0-1 years experience)- Should be able to make a full responsive ecom ( woo commerce) website in 3 days 
2. Senior designer/ developer.  - 25- 40k  -Should be able to handle the team of 9 designer ,    -To make sure the checklist provided by client is met. -To make sure Deadlines to met for delivery .

P.s salaries entirely on the basis on ability  to perform and existing knowledge.
