What we're looking for:
Freshers or final-year students with a strong interest in content creation and marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inventory levels, focusing on visual alignment and product placement.
Coordinate logistics for shipments, ensuring timely delivery for merchandising needs.
Track orders and returns to meet delivery and merchandising timelines.
Research trends, suppliers, and vendors aligned with styling and merchandising goals.
Assist in preparing purchase orders and selecting products based on customer preferences.
Collaborate with design and sales teams for seamless product flow in-store and online.
Maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies impacting merchandising plans.
Support supply chain strategies to ensure product availability for merchandising.
Perform data entry and analysis to align inventory with sales trends and collections.
Contribute to styling projects and merchandising initiatives with creative insights.
Qualification:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Previous internship or coursework related to supply chain management is a plus, but not required.
What This Role Looks Like:
As a Sales Consultant at Rent An Attire, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience for our customers. Your role will be a blend of client engagement, order fulfilment, and warehouse coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Interaction: Assist customers in selecting the perfect outfit for their special occasions, providing expert fashion advice.
- Sales & Customer Service: Drive sales by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable rental options.
- Order Management: Handle order placements, invoicing, and ensure timely processing of rentals.
- Packing & Dispatch: Oversee the accurate packing of outfits, ensuring they are in pristine condition before delivery.
- Warehouse Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to track inventory, manage returns, and maintain stock levels.
- Quality Check: Inspect returned outfits for damages, ensuring all garments meet quality standards before being restocked.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure a well-organized and aesthetically pleasing store environment to enhance customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for fashion and styling.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Provide a delightful renting experience to customers
2. Help maximize sales at all opportunities and provides a friendly and welcoming environment
3. Achieve individual/team sales targets
4. Communicate effectively with customers to determine needs
5. Demonstrate ways to increase store productivity
6. Apply sales transaction knowledge to process routine discounts, gift certificate sales, special orders, exchanges, refunds, credit vouchers and alterations
7. Participate in all merchandising activities including, but not limited to daily stock maintenance, product transfers, and floor changeovers
8. Maintain a professional and personal appearance consistent with established guidelines
9. Actively support securing company assets through effective loss prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures
10. Accurately enters customer and product information into company backend tools on a day to day basis
11. Ensure ease of customer shopping experience by maintaining replenishment, quality checks, visual merchandising and hygiene standards
