Job Title: Technical Lead / Project Manager

Location: Indore /Chennai

Experience: 6–12 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams through all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients; manage communication, expectations, and satisfaction.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/project management role.
• Strong technical background in web and/or mobile technologies (e.g., JavaScript, React, Node.js, PHP, Python, iOS/Android).

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and AWS to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have solid backend development experience, with additional working knowledge of PHP and Python. Exposure to frontend frameworks like React.js and Angular will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs using Node.js.

• Deploy, manage, and optimize applications on AWS cloud infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, product, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices.

• Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data models and queries.

• Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.

• Contribute to code reviews, technical discussions, and mentoring of junior developers.

• Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of backend development experience.

• Strong expertise in Node.js and hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.).

• Good working knowledge of PHP and Python.

• Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).

• Working knowledge of React.js and Angular is preferred.

• Analyze product requirements and translate them into high-level and low-level designs and develop code in accordance with the defined designs
• Take product ideas from ideation to implementation
• Contribute in creating Software Requirement Specifications (i.e. problem part)
• Analyze change request entries and prioritize with other product backlog items and take ownership of delivery
• Develop systems that are highly scalable, but easy to maintain
• Build high-throughput and low-latency microservices
• Should be efficient with Java J2EE and related technologies.
• Participate in solution testing, user acceptance testing, change control and training
• Installation and configuration/development of the product:

• Core Java: Collections, Generics, data structures, Oops concepts, Exception handling, Design patterns, Data Structure.
• Mysql
• Angular
• Candidate should have working knowledge of web services
• Proven hands-on experience in software and app development using Java Platforms

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with teammates to define, design, and shape new features.

2. Design and develop backend API microservices using Node.js.

3. Design and develop applications in an AWS and GCP environment.

4. Design and implement low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.

5. Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.

6. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade the software.

Requirements

1. Solid experience in Node.js.

2. Good experience using frameworks such as Express.JS or Restify.

3. Willing to learn HapiJS.

4. Hands-on experience with JavaScript Development.

5. Able to work independently and carry out a task to achieve the design goal with minimal supervision.

6. Good programming skills and communications.

• 7 - 10 years of relevant Business Development for product and services companies targeting Analytics / IT sales /staffing Technology companies.
• Must have generated a minimum of $1-2M revenue in the last 12 months
• Experience in North American Market Lead Generation is mandatory

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a team player.

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• He or she should have experience of at least 2 - 4 years in Java development.
• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms and at least 2 - 4 years of experience on the same.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge on core java, JSP, servlets, and beans
• Experience in multi-threaded server-side Java programming
• Working knowledge of web services.
• Working knowledge on hibernate and springs framework.
• Experience in writing SQL queries.
• Should have worked in an SDLC environment.
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in working effectively within a team

• Own development, design, scaling and maintenance of application and messaging engines that power the central platform of Capillary's Cloud CRM product. 
• Contribute to overall design and roadmap.
• Mentor Junior team members.

Required Skills:

• Innovative and self-motivated with passion to develop complex and scalable applications.
• 3-5 years of experience in software development with strong focus on algorithms and data structures.
• Strong coding and design skills with prior experience in developing scalable & high availability applications using Core Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate. 
• Work experience with Relational databases is required (Primarily MySQL)
• Prior work experience with Non-Relational databases (primarily Redis, MongoDb) is an added plus.
