ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team focused on building scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise software. The ideal candidate is a strong technologist who enjoys coding, mentoring, and driving high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced startup environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across backend, frontend, and integration areas.
• Drive architectural design, technical reviews, and ensure scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.
• Establish best practices in agile development, testing automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build reusable frameworks for low-code app development and AI-driven workflows.
• Hire, coach, and develop engineers to strengthen technical capabilities and team culture.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science from a Tier-1 Engineering College.
• 3+ years of professional experience as a software engineer, with at least 1 year mentoring or managing engineers.
• Strong expertise in backend development (Java / Node.js / Go / Python) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue).
• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience building or scaling SaaS or platform-based products.
• Exposure to GenAI/LLM, data pipelines, or workflow automation tools.
• Prior experience in a startup or high-growth product environment.

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 5+ YOE in Software Devleopment (preferably in product-based companies).

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have strong understanding of System Design (like HLD, LLD, microservices, caching, database scaling)

Strong sponsor acquiring and managing profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, partnerships, or events sales

Mandatory (Skills 1): Must have experience in identifying & acquiring sponsors

Mandatory (Skills 2): Must have experience creating sponsorship decks, proposals, and pitching

Mandatory (Skills 3): Must have handled negotiations and closure of sponsorship deals

Mandatory (Skills 4): Must have managed pre-, during, and post-event sponsor engagement

Mandatory (Skills 5): Must be proficient in powerpoint and excel

Mandatory (Education): Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

Mandatory (Note): Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Excellent skills in writing about complex technical and business subjects to a variety of audiences.

ü  Be able to think like a user and create intuitive documentation as and when needed to create succinct documentation

ü  Preferable exposure to eCommerce / Retail Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications which have to perform at scale
• Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools
• Develop backend data services and contribute to increase existing APIs

We are hiring a business analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside project stakeholders and report directly to Sr. Business analysts. The purpose of the role is to liaison and bridge the gap between the BDM team and technical team to comprehend and analyze customer requirements and translate them to the development teams thereby, ensuring the right requirement detail in the documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to the team.

Responsibilities

· Elicit requirements, gathering, & documenting.

· Ability to grasp, relate, and quickly respond to new inquiries.

· Interaction with team members at regular intervals, share knowledge and information

· Clear and concise communication and project management skills.

· Detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc. ensuring all stated and unstated customer needs are captured.

· Construct project documents (BRD, FRD) as per the project requirement and develop Flow charts, Use case diagrams, ER diagrams, User stories

· Performing requirements analysis

· Understand SDLC and fit into the Agile environment.

· Co-operating behavioral with the cross-functional team and being able to translate business needs into technical needs.

· Interface and coordinate with BDM team engagement & understand the client’s requirements

Qualifications

1) 1-2 years of experience as a Business analyst with strong knowledge of project management.
