Responsibilities :

- Execute and drive multiple UI UX projects by diagnosing business and user needs.

- Apply all pieces of user-centred design methodology and processes.

- Plan and conduct primary and secondary research.

- Convert user insights into concept designs that are not only compelling but are contrasting ideas looking at business challenges from varied angles.

- Design and manage all interaction design activities including visual design coordination with global designers.

What We're Looking For :

- A relevant design degree, or equivalent work experience in UI UX is required

- 2+ years of experience with enterprise or design-oriented systems

- Familiar with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

- Knowledgeable about HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; able to demonstrate how technical constraints and opportunities inform design solutions

- Portfolios demonstrate your expertise and experience is required

- You are able to communicate design rationale effectively in both oral and written forms, influence others, and find innovative solutions to problems.

- In the past, work has involved cross-functional collaboration with designers, product managers, software engineers, and end users.

Hyperspec is building a real time local map for self-driving cars and using cross view localization to enable ubiquitous autonomy. Hyperspec is a VC funded startup.

The principal embedded systems engineer will have deep expertise in embedded systems design, development and worked for years on embedded systems teams. This person is a leader and mentor to junior engineers and shares knowledge about the design and development of embedded systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as an expert in all aspects of embedded projects and embedded systems—including designing, developing, testing, and perfecting designs 
• Responsible for updating and working with executive leadership on the development of embedded systems and status of projects 
• Provides guidance and mentoring to other members of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum of bachelors' degree in computer science or engineering
• At least ten years of engineering experience with expertise in software engineering, data structures, and programming techniques
• Deep expertise in C/C++ programming
• Experience with FPGAs, PCB, Xilinx, Altera, or similar SoCs.
• Experience with ISPs, Cameras, Switches a plus.
• Experience in working with real-time operating systems, communications protocols and firmware design.

• Experience in interfaces, IP protocols, and hardware subsystems.

• This role sits within the project management vertical of the organization. It will support the project delivery and execution of project tasks related to clients and is expected to bring an understanding of the importance of data in value creation and process efficiency, alongside demonstrated success working as part of a team. 
• Assumes responsibility for maintaining documentary support of projects and delivery of assigned project tasks. Supports ongoing administrative and compliance activities in the team, identifying issues and proposing solutions. 

• The position is very hands-on and requires an energetic self-starter and innovative team player, comfortable with an agile way of project delivery. Willingness to undertake varied tasks, apply thought processes to data management and process improvement, share ideas, and work resolution of issues with customers and internal teams.

• Execute the delivery of customer project tasks, processes, and solutions, especially within the SAP IAM/ASPM platform, including maintaining a project office and status reporting using MS office & internal project management tools up to intermediate skill level with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word 
• Utilize Excel and database skills to execute project tasks involving data mining and normalization for agile delivery 

• Demonstrate technical aptitude to execute project activities 
• Provide resolution to client’s support tickets through customer interaction and communication 
• Interact with customers through defined communication channels for any information 
• Create and edit customer Power BI reports as per the client’s business needs

• 2 to 5 years of strong project management experience, preferably in SAP product implementation. 

• BE or B. Tech degree with a minimum of 2 years of professional project delivery experience 
• Advanced Excel skills for data mining and normalization. Must be able to write excel formulas and VBA Macros, create graphs and visualizations 
• Power BI intermediate level proficiency – Create basic visualization as an end user 
• MS Access for data management 
• Excellent communication (Good Verbal, Written, and Presentation) and soft skills for client interaction 

• Basic SQL query 
• Application Testing from an end user perspective to create test scenarios 
• Working in Agile Methodology

GOOD TO HAVE 

• SAP Intelligent Asset Management product basic hands-on as an end-user 

• Basic Asset Management understanding

Desired Candidate Profile

Programming Languages: Perl, java. Perl programming with strong OOPs knowledge.

UI: HTML, JS
System: Linux must have – good knowledge and shell scripting experience.
Prior experience in infrastructure automation, monitoring will definitely help.


Description:

The person in this role:


- Will be involved in developing new monitoring scripts, enhancement & defect fixes on existing monitors

- Have to be on-call to support any incoming production/P1 internal issues which need urgent attention (team members are on call for a week and we have a weekly rotation policy within the team)
