Role Overview

In this elite B2C operations role, you will be responsible for the "Customer Lifetime Value" of high-ticket learners. You are not just a support agent; you are a Performance Coach and Retention Strategist. Your goal is to ensure 100% course completion and maximize referral revenue through unparalleled service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Learner Onboarding: Design and execute high-touch onboarding journeys for premium B2C clients to ensure "Day 1" value realization.
• Retention & Completion Excellence: Own the completion rates for your cohort. Proactively identify "at-risk" learners using behavioral data and intervene to prevent churn.
• Revenue Generation (NRR): Meet aggressive targets for renewals, upsells to advanced certifications, and high-quality word-of-mouth referrals.
• Data-Driven Operations: Use CRM and AI tools to analyze student sentiment and usage patterns, presenting weekly "Health Reports" to leadership.
• Product Advocacy: Act as a bridge between the learner and the product team, prioritizing feature requests that directly impact B2C retention.

Candidate Requirements

• Educational Background: Degree from a Tier-1 college (IIT/IIM/NIT/BITS) is highly preferred for this compensation bracket.
• Experience: 1–2 years in high-stakes B2C operations, Customer Success, or Management Consulting.
• Exceptional Communication: Mastery of English; ability to influence and coach high-net-worth individuals or senior working professionals.
• Analytical Prowess: Proficient in SQL, Tableau, or advanced Excel to pull and interpret your own data.

Tools You Will Use

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Exposure to E-commerce, Website testing, API, and Mobile testing is a must.
