Role Overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead with a strong background in fintech, especially with experience or a strong interest in fraud prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) technologies. 

This role is critical in leading our fintech product development, ensuring the integration of robust security measures, and guiding our team in Hyderabad towards delivering high-quality, secure, and compliant software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of fintech solutions, focusing on fraud prevention and AML, using Typescript, ReactJs, Python, and SQL databases.
• Architect and deploy secure, scalable applications on AWS or Azure, adhering to the best practices in financial security and data protection.
• Design and manage databases with an emphasis on security, integrity, and performance, ensuring compliance with fintech regulatory standards.
• Guide and mentor the development team, promoting a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning in the fintech space.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure project alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in fintech, fraud prevention, and AML, applying this knowledge to drive the company's objectives.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on fintech solutions and a strong understanding of fraud prevention and AML strategies.
• Expertise in Typescript, ReactJs, and familiarity with Python.
• Proven experience with SQL databases and cloud services (AWS or Azure), with certifications in these areas being a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement secure, high-performance software architectures in the fintech domain.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving excellence.
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with additional certifications in fintech, security, or compliance being highly regarded.

Job Description-

• Develop end-to-end features (full stack) for users and be proficient with aspects of design and coding.

• Proficiency in automated testing/testing methodologies is a must.

• Create, maintain, and modify (where necessary) the data structure.

• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.

• Work on React projects using specifies tools and databases.

• Should have very good understanding of the technical approach and its viability.

• Should be able to push back and accurately assess the viability of their solutions.

• Should be comfortable adopting testing frameworks and developing with common industry practices such as test-driven development.

Person Specifications/ Requirements

• Good understanding and proven experience of web development and basic languages such as HTML and JavaScript.

• Should have experience on at least 3 projects as Solution Architect
• 15 years’ experience in SAP implementations across various SAP ECC , R/3
• At least 2 years' experience in S4 HANA EWM
• Solution architecture SAP experience across multiple end-to-end (E2E) business processes
• Good experience in understanding the MM and EWM business process procedures and mapping into SAP, finding the gaps
• Excellent functional knowledge in Stores / Warehouse Management , BIN Management, Rack Management ,Storage Bins, Bin types , Storage unit types ,Put away, Picking Strategy configuration for the storage types , Mobile Data Entry(RF management) ,EWM master data and Transaction Data management and Master data setup for the Warehouses like Warehouse no, Storage types, Storage Section
• Experience in cross application business process modeling and integration with SAP and non-SAP solutions
• Understand and have knowledge to integrate add on solutions and other SAP Modules such as SD , FICO
• Should be proficient in conversation on wide ranging supply chain topics with senior management C level leaders.
• Should have working experience in project estimation, project planning , staffing.

Job Description: Full Stack Developer (Angular/API)

• Experience in developing web and mobile applications using Frontend & Backend framework
• Hands-on Experience in developing frontend UI using Angular.
• Hands-on experience in API development preferably using .net Core.
• Hands-on Experience with ORM solutions like Entity Framework, Dapper, hibernate
• Strong knowledge of front-end UI frameworks like Bootstrap, Material, Prime NG
