What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead visual design across brand identity, graphics, social media creatives, packaging, animation, and more.
• Present concepts confidently to clients, explain rationale, and iterate based on feedback.
• Mentor junior designers through clear, constructive feedback and hands-on guidance.
• Generate original and innovative design ideas that align with project requirements.
• Manage multiple design projects independently, meeting deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Stay up to date with market trends and emerging technologies, adapting new tools and design methodologies, ensuring efficiency in all projects.
• Translate strategy into clear, scalable visual systems that work across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in visual design (branding, graphic, motion design, packaging, and more).

Strong Full stack/Backend engineer profile

Mandatory (Experience): Must have 2+ years of hands-on experience as a full stack developer (backend-heavy)

Mandatory (Backend Skills): Must have 1.5+ strong experience in Python, building REST APIs, and microservices-based architectures

Mandatory (Frontend Skills): Must have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue) and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Mandatory (Database Skills): Must have solid experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis

Mandatory (Cloud & Infra): Must have hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ELB, AutoScaling, S3, RDS, CloudFront, and SNS

Mandatory (DevOps & Infra): Must have working experience with Linux environments, Apache, CI/CD pipelines, and application monitoring

Looking for React Native 6 to 8 years of experience

• Has built at least 2 React Native Apps ( Concept to Design to Dev to Production to

Refine ) or atleast 1 App from Scratch individually.

• Has Managed a team of atleast 3 developers to build mobile apps/modules.

• Understand mobile app design principle

• Can debug app and troubleshoot issues

• Can write testable code / module

• Has worked on app performance improvement

• Has taken security considerationwhile building app(s)

• Added advantage if has worked on Firebase,FCM and Redux.

• Work Experience: 3 to 5 years experience specifically with technical support in the web hosting industry. 
• Have an understanding of different hosting products such as Shared,  Reseller, VPS, Dedicated Servers and addons like sitelock, codeguard,  SSL etc. 
• Proficient in handling a variety of web hosting related issues 
• Ability to take ownership and work independently, handle multiple  priorities, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
