Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Deal Closure:
-Identify and target potential clients in the US and India who can benefit from the company's SDKs and community-building solutions.

Lead Generation:

Qualifications:
-2+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles in SaaS/PaaS/AI industry
-Previous entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable

Flutter JD:
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with project managers and designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop, test, and maintain Flutter-based mobile applications that are responsive, performant, and reliable.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and debug application issues, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.
Continuously research and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in mobile application development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and improvements.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Ensure the security and data privacy of the applications you develop.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a mobile app developer, with a strong portfolio of Flutter-based applications.
Proficiency in the Dart programming language.
Experience with the Flutter framework and its ecosystem, including state management and third-party libraries.
Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, MVVM, Redux).
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integration of third-party services.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
W2 Sales Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain the database of candidates along with all follow-ups related information
• Posting vacancies on portals. Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds
• Responsible for negotiation, paperwork validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
• Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
• Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submittals made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities, background checks, references, coordination with internal accounting team and for timesheets, etc.

4-5 years of overall experience in software development.
- Experience on Hadoop (Apache/Cloudera/Hortonworks) and/or other Map Reduce Platforms

- Experience on NO-SQL – HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB

What you need to have:
